works pretty well. we order from gionino all the time. I wish that it would either allow Google pay to populate the credit cards that have been used in the past or if they can securely save my credit card information so that I don't have to enter for each order. and for some reason the photos of the food are in extreme low quality resolution.

I'm conflicted...on one hand, the app works really well. It looks fine, even though the icon images were blurry, which, doesn't hurt my ability to use the app since the images were named, so no big deal. The navigation was simple and easy to use when going between my cart, adding and changing things, and the whole transaction. But on the other hand, now that I know how quickly and easily I am able to satisfy my shockingly frequent urges to shove pizza in my face hole, I worry for my health.

Payment method issues. Will not let me change the expiration month, making me not able to pay using the app. Expiration month defaults to the current month and no matter how many times I try to change it, it won't change. Useless as it won't let me choose to pay in store or use Google pay.

LOVE the pizza, but Horrible app. Although easy, the coupons are never in coordination w coupons posted via email. If so, they don't work. Tried using the $13.99 Medium Specialty coupon I received via email for tonight's order, but it wasn't available on your order app. Even when I've tried to use a "coupon" via your app deals they don't work. No delivery updates either for pizza cook and delivery time. Just a generic 60 mins. Again, best pizza in town...hands down.

Ordering is cumbersome, you don't know how much it costs until added to cart. You can't use coupons, and you can't order on the app and pay at pickup. It gets the job done for basic ordering though.

This app is the best way to get your Gionino's fix. The only thing they need to do is allow you to save multiple orders to just click to speed things up: sometimes I just want a buffalo chicken sub; but sometimes I want a large chicken club pizza, 22 jojo's, a cinnabake, and a buffalo chicken sub with extra meat.

It's alright I guess wish I could save cards on it so I don't have to re enter them every time I use the app but other than that it is what it is an app for a pizza chain like all the others now as for the pizza place that's another story but I'll save that for Google reviews

Best food ordering app I've ever used! Easy, accurate, runs well. And the pizza is there best pizza we have discovered in this area. Cheese all the way to the crust and a hardy amount. Generous with all toppings!

Coupons don't ever work and credit cards not saved. Future pickup option not always working either. Ordering and adding it removing toppings is very easy though.

App crashes when logging in, forced to use guest ordering (reinstall did not fix). Overall cumbersome ordering process as well. Needs a lot of work!

Things were off the screen and hard to get to. Autocomplete had issues. Very difficult to use

A couple things were unclear at first, like what address i was set to for delivery. But i was able to work it out. Overall a solid ordering app.

We live in town about 3miles to the pizza shop and says we aren't in the delivery distance. Makes this app utterly useless! They do deliver to our neighborhood as the do with over the phone orders. This app needs some work.

App was easy to use. There where some glitches with overlaying messages. However the order seemed to go through and the payment was expected.

Some stuff is clumsy and the daily deals are not in the app, but not too bad! I can't go without online ordering any more, so as long as it works!

Seems like the idea of an app is to make it easier than calling to place an order, this is not the case. It would be nice to be able to use the mail coupons with the app. Seems like it just needs an update. I LOVE Gionino's! Make the app better!

Coupons never loaded/configured. Try to order from store I order from ALL the time and it states the store doesn't accept mobile orders...

Sometimes itvwill not allow me to log in.. My card experiance is your app changes dates and numbers even after its been put in, which leads to declined card message.... Someone needs to update the site

I'd give it 5 stars if the app would tie into my saved cards on Google pay. Instead I have to grab my wallet and pull my cc out and type in the numbers. Small hassle but still a hassle.

Wish the credit card would prefill or save if we've used the app before to order. Otherwise, the app is very user friendly.

Seems pretty ok for a pizza app, I was able to add coupons and checkout pretty easily.

The location near me doesnt even show up on my app. Every franchise should have to do online orders in 2019. For that you can hold this one star.

They added the option to pay in person when ordering from the app which made everything so much easier!

Easy, only issue was under chicken option you can only buy single pieces not like a 12 pc. Might be a glitch for today

Good, but you should add a way to put in a time for pick up, for those who want to order for later.

App is nice but doesn't offer all the options the website does, like light sauce or lightly baked.

I put my address in and it says Google mapping can't find my address. The address is about 100 years old. 🤷

Trouble getting to the submit button after entering credit card number, could not get keypad to close to submit order.
