3.5 It's a great app but sometimes it won't let me order. I try not to order late at night especially close to closing, but sometimes my husband and I don't get off work until late at night and since they're right by our apartment I've ordered an hour before closing a couple times. It won't let me do it on the app if it's that soon but their website will. It also makes me restart my order completely if I hit the back button that's on my phone instead of the back button on the app.

I have had several issues with the app, but I do like being able to order through an app and not over the phone. It is usually a busy restaurant, so it is much better than sitting on hold. However, there are a few things that could be done to the app to make it a more seamless transaction.

I just wish the app would work with my back button on my phone. When I would want to go back I would hit my back button for my phone and the app would close out. Then I realized that the app has a back button at the top left that you have to use. Not complaining just throwing out a suggestion.

The rewards system doesnt work. If you hit back on your phone instead of the arrow it closes the app and you have to start over.

Doesnt have an option to put ingredients on the side & you can only put so many characters in the special instructions. Those kinks will probably be worked out soon. Other than that, i love it!

Charged me for my order, store never received the order, then it kept sending different doordash drivers to the store, which never received my order. Complete trash, do not install, it's apparently just a portal for doordash anyways.

Completely easy to use, and definitely a lot more user friendly when compared to the desktop version.

Food is great. App needs work. The text input boxes were unresponsive, and often the on screen keyboard would not close after finishing typing. This meant the keyboard covered the next text box on the screen and you couldnt click it to keep ordering. Very frustrating to use.

Pretty good app. There's a few minor issues like the fact that after completing your state selection, it doesn't go down to the zip code or after pressing enter on zip code it still allows typing on nothing. And some oddities on how the coupons work (Didn't seem to display a price savings)

It will not let me make an account. Everytime I go to put in my email it closes the app, thats just touching where it asks for the email. Other than that it still serves its purpose but would be easier if all of my info was already there when i went to the app instead of having to put it in everytime.

Really easy to use only seen one problem...can not change the size of the Ham and cheese sandwich.

Apparently I forgot my password as the one I've tried will not work. When I provide my email in order to receive a code to change my password, it NEVER goes through. When I try to create a new account, I'm not permitted because that email is already in use. Therefore, the only option left is to use the guest ordering. I suppose I will never receive application rewards. Update: Finally straightened out. App is very user friendly...as long as you don't forget your password. 😉

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Leaves a lot to be desired. Using an app to order food should be about convenience. If, after using your app, I want to head the woods with a bottle of jack and a handgun to blow the back of my head off...well...that means you've failed.

Need a place where you can describe where the apartment or your house is at to make it easier on the driver's , especially after dark when numbers are not as visable , but other than that super easy to order and find what your looking for .

It's not very polished looking, but it does everything you want it to do without any issues.

Good other than the menu being incorrect for the Richlands location.

Easy to place and pay for your order online. Also easy to customize the order.

I really like this app also they seem to be improving it for the better every time I use it. I do wish you could type more than just 24 characters when giving instructions for the delivery. That is the reason for my 4 star rating. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars!

The app would probably be fine except that it doesn't send apartment numbers to the restaurant. Every single time I enter my address with my apartment number, and every single time it doesn't show up.

Great app super user-friendly and quick!

So excited to have another pizza delivery option in our area! Only complaint is trying to set up the account. No direction on password requirements. Took 4 failed attempts before it told me no special characters.
