This app is horrible. It won't let me go to the cupboard keeper portion of the portal.
Can't even get in says no role. Even though password correct.
It won't let me sign in even though I am cookie manager.
What is the point of this app if you can't access the information?
I can't even open the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times. I am troop cookie manager and need to order more cookies... gonna be hard if I can't access the order forms!!!!
I love this app! No more paperwork. Easily assessible orders. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it would be nice if we could see what troops are picking up each day.
Can't log in keeps locking me out of ebudde. Load time for app is to slow.
Cant log in..I can log into it on a pc and booth app but not this one
Not sue what the other reviewers were having issues with, but it works great for me. Keep in mind that your council needs to have chosen this as an option for cupboard managers. You can't use it if you are just a TCM our troop leader, you need to be designated as an area cookie cupboard manager.
The idea is great but it won't let me log in!
I love this app. No more writing receipts. I just wish it was more compatible with an ipad.
Cant get past the screen photo.
Says my credentials verified but wont let me do anything. Im a full cookie manager for two troops in ebudde. Says nothing about having to be cupboard manager. Description is wrong if thats true. Says can use this if you have login access to ebudde to write orders to pick up at cupboard. But does not do what description says.
This app is great for cupboard managers. Allows orders to be processed with electronic 'signature' and can edit order at pick up when things change. Only negative is it should rotate when you turn the phone so folks can enter password on the larger keyboard. Those that can't log in are likely not authorized cupboard managers. This app is not for troop level users.

Couldnt log in
Takes you right to the ebudde site instead of the cupboard keeper app, with no way to get to cupboard keeper from there. Have to log in and close down about a dozen times before it will take me to the correct place. Very VERY frustrating, won't be using next year.
