The Give 2 Charity app requires your permission to measure device data, including location, apps and web activity via your device's location services. This enables you to convert your location data throughout the day into a donation to charity. This location data powers survey questions about the places you visit throughout your day.
Give 2 Charity also requires demographic information to create surveys that are tailored to your age, gender, etc. for the purpose of analytics and reporting. All data collected by Give 2 Charity is stored in a secure database. Location data is pooled with data collected from thousands of users to provide meaningful insights to third parties about the population at large. Analytics and reporting are limited to aggregates of multiple users, and not available at the individual level to third parties. Opt out at any time by uninstalling the app.

Was a good app, but been having problems but sending surveys or even getting daily check in points for months now, emailed them twice both times everything went back to normal then would just stop again, till problem is fixed will remain at 3 stars. Unless it's not then will update with 1 star.
I'm having problems redeeming my points. I tap on the list and nothing comes up. I would also like to see Hilcrest Family Services - Dubuque Iowa - added to the charities list. I used to work there cooking for the kids we served. It's a great non-for-profit!
The points add up quickly when taking the surveys! This is a great app for helping support many worthy charities including Sandy Hook Promise.
Love the goal but there are very little survays to take
ASPCA is still the only Animals related option for donations👎! I'll not support their CEO'S Salary, over $500,000/yr 😠!!! Compared to less than $200,000/yr w comparable Non-profit Organizations, like HSUS/HSI n others. I'll uninstall the app. It took over 1 yr to earn enough points, 10,000, to redeem for small donations. Not worth my time.
Has stopped working for no reason. Have uninstalled.

This app is a fun easy way to help charities of your choice. It isn't too pushy or too boring.
Great app, especially when I have down time to answer questions or refer. I am able to choose where the donation will go.
I got at least 2 dollars worth to donate to charity through this application. I applied to get a verification email in order to be able to donate, but it never got to my email address. So, I think it is a scam. I wasted time on this application.

I just downloaded and started last night I already am making points by my phone charging. I like the lay out and how the app runs. I will be reviewing again once I can donate to let you know it's real

I'm excited to see that they have rolled out a new layout after 4 months of freezes & other problems. I almost gave up on the app. The new layout has a great deal of new features that I'll have to evaluate. The look is good and I may give it 5 Stars after evaluating all the features. Way to go team!
I'd give it 5 stars but lately I've had nothing but problems with it crashing and freezing. Up until now I have been very satisfied with the app.

Every time I try and open it and take survey all it does is force close!
Do not get me wrong, I love this app, but there is one technical issue that has been bothering me. For awhile, I see parts of the display blackened out, so I cannot see what the answers are, and I cannot see how many points I have. It is not all the time, but it happens a lot. That is frustrating, when I cannot use the app, properly.
I keep answering surveys that promise points. Yesterday I answered 5 questions that said I would get 24 points for answering each question. Today, I received a total of 24 points, guess my truthful answers were not what they wanted to hear. App is being removed.
Asking me about paint everyday is not going to change my answer. I wasnt in the market for paint 3 weeks ago and im still not geez.
I was accumulating points to make a donation to the Humane Society of the United States. Now this charity is off the list. The list of charities does not include any that help animals or the environment. If none are added anytime soon I'm uninstalling this app.
What happened to the humane society?
It's nice to feel charitable for just having a phone and answering some questions. It would be even better to be able to follow-up with the donations, or to receive information about how much the societies have received YTD and such. After the donation, it is sometimes unsettling to not receive confirmation.
It was working great until a week or so ago. Now the Redeem your Points menu is now blank. It's now October 30 and still no solution. I created a new account about two weeks ago per their tech's suggestion and I still don't have access to the points/awards menu and no one has transfered my points from my old account. They last told me they could not see my new account. It's now Nov. 10th. No call-back, no resolution. Deleting App. No use to me any more.
