Very easy to navigate. Missing a star simply because it kicks you out and you have to login and/or look up the organization/charity you donate to... over and over again.(*insert eye roll)
At first the app worked fine, giving was real easy and I loved it. But the app stopped working and i had to reinstall, then my giving history dissappeared, now my last contribution wont go through. I've reached out to customer support. I hope they can figure out what's going on and I can recover my history. - disappointed 😕
I think it flies the best way to keep a donation to your charitable thing you do it it's easy to set up it's a great app simple to follow and you can give it multiple things if you want get a receipt and everything I recommend giving fine to any church organization fundraising platform anything it's a great great app
I am a first time user and I found that the process for giving was very simple and straightforward. The input of information of information was minimal and I enjoyed the process. Now I can give to mu church and see my giving with great easy. I love this app. Thank God for the people who created it.
I began using Givelify when I was unable to attend church due to having to care for ailing family members. This app is not faulty in any way and is very easy to use. Iam now able to attend church regularly but I still use the app.
The app has been messing up a great deal lately. I am unable to staying on the app for no longer than 1 to 2 minutes before the app shuts down on me.
I started using Givelify when our church closed for the pandemic. Even though we have opened back up, I still use Givelify because it is so convenient and I don't have to write a check. I love this app.
The Givelify mobile App is an awesome tool for eletronic giving. It was was simply wonderful during the pandemic, when we were worshipping off-site. jh
this is by far the best app for giving,I was doing my giving through another app called sharefaith & it was ok I had recurring amounts set up for every week,but I stop that & now I'm using this givelify app wonderful thanks.
I like this app, because I am able to contribute to my church with no problems. I am able change my card to be use to withdraw my money for my church with no problem. I really appreciate this app in allowing me contribute to my church.
Poor, from May 06,2022 - May 13,2022 From the date of the error to the date listed above. There was NO response at all with several text messages and emails available to you to contact me. After receiving NO RESPONSE AT ALL, I WAS FORCED TO CALL MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND DISCONTINUE MY ASSOCIATION WITH YOUR GROUP/ COMPANY ETC.
I love the convenience of just putting in an amount, a few buttons and it's done. Keep Giving!!

Excellent!!!! I've had an issue where I donated money twice to the same institution in error and they were able to rescind and rerurn my money that was sent in error. This is the best way to give! I love it!!!
It's easy for give my tithe and donate whenever and wherever I am. I do appreciate that feature!
Keep crashing 😫. I've Uninstalled, reinstalled, factory reset phone and finally replaced the phone....clearly not the phone
A wonderful, easy and trusted way to "Give". I highly recommend this giving platform.
It's easy to use and delivers fast. However, it won't let me use the "other" button to change my giving amount as well as it won't let me change the account that I'm giving from, even though it has the option to do so. I have to physically transfer my money from bank to bank to because it change to the right selection. I've updated app but still does the same. It makes it inconvenient.
This has turned out to be a very annoying app. The first time I used it at beginning of July, it worked beautifully. Then the very next week it would not process and gave me the Oops error msg. I did everything it suggested including reinstalling and nothing. Just tried it today and the same thing again..very disappointing. I am going to uninstall it and be done with it.
I enjoy the app and love how easy it allows me to give back to my church. I just wish that there was a password on the app that you have the option to set up and enter before you make a payment on your card. I really don't like the fact on how if someone has my phone they can just get on the app and use my card and charge it without any security barriers. Other than that, this app is a big help.
The app worked fine the first time, but ever since then, I've gotten an "oops" notification telling me to check my Wifi, which works perfectly. It doesn't even work on 4g. Since I missed out on giving my tithe before because of the inconvenience, I'm going to have to try to give in cash whenever I'm not working on Sundays. If this is a known issue, it really needs to be fixed. It has been three weeks and still no change. Disappointed but I appreciate the attempt on trying to make things easier

I appreciate the convenience of the app, and have not experienced some of the issues from other reviews. But I only use it when I am not going to be in service because of the fees. I understand the service must be paid for. But the giver should know exactly how much of their donations the church is actually getting. If I intend to give $500 I should be able to see how much I have to give so the church NETS $500.
My review is much like the one Kendra-Ann posted. The app worked for a while and then stopped. I have tried this on 3 devices, 4 cards and 3 different accounts. They all stop working after a few transactions. I contacted support via their email and there really wasn't much help. They wanted me to provide screenshots that I didn't have and told me they couldn't see transaction logs to see what happens... That is really concerning, if you can't see logs then how would you research issues? How would you watch for fraud? This could be a useful app in a pinch but for right now I don't see much benefit.
I first used the app to give to podcast ministries because I know it costs to make that media available free to the public. During the pandemic, my church began using the platform as a way to give without driving check or cash to the church. I now prefer using the app just as I use PayPal or Cash app for other purposes. I highly recommend using this platform for giving to non-profit organizations.
