ORIGINAL: The interface for logging in or entering payment information uses white text on a light gray background, so it is almost impossible to see what you are typing. The date selector is white text on a white background, so you can't see dates at all!

Simple, which is good, I guess. Using this because my church uses it. Dislike the lack of setup info. Kept closing when I tried to add my password. Unsure why. Also dislike it storing my credit info for future use. I went back in and deleted it, but there should be an option to not add. Like getting a receipt afterwards for my records. First impression is that the app seems TOO simple in places.

This app once worked great, but it seems the only thing it can do is delete things. I try to make a donation, everything appears to be correct, I exit the app and login again and nothing is there. There is never has been indication that anything is OK, or wrong. You can only wait and if the correct withdrawals are being made for your accounts. There is no method of communicating with Vanco, other than posting reviews like this.

I'm satisfied with the Give+ App, it has worked pretty well for me. I've been able to do what I went in there to do quickly. Sometimes it has inconvenienced me a bit by asking for my credentials(email & password) rather than just taking my fingerprint & it also has cleared the Church I give to at times. It's not real bad or a big deal because thankfully it didn't happen all the time. I was able to manage well. Wish I was able to continue using Give+!

I don't like it. There are times there is no confirmation the transaction went through, so I try again and BOTH are completed in a few days. It does not in an appropriate time frame list pending transactions, so even if I wait a day or two, I'm uncertain if the transaction went through. Checks are free at a credit union, so the fees are too much for this inefficiency.

App is not functioning correctly it's a terrible app. If you want to set up reoccurring giving do it another way to save yourself the aggravation. I constantly set up and reset up weekly donations only for the app to report nothing is set up. I'm very disappointed and I refuse to babysit this app to ensure it's working as it states it's suppose to. I tried to set up for the last time this weekend only to find out yet again my reoccurring donation disappeared. Go figure!

Terrible/useless app! Constantly get error messages and tithe won't go through.

Can't login. It recognizes my fingerprint then closes immediately. Doesn't give me much confidence that the app would be secure even if it was working with this lack of quality control. Update:. 1 month later and still can't login. It seems like this is a bug someone should care about. I'm sorry my church picked this app.

White text issue fixed, but have tried multiple times to make a payment, they never go through. Verified my bank info, but they never hit my account. Useless support, 800 number advised me to contact the church?!? Nevermind I'll just use my bank's app, it actually works. Tired of trying to troubleshoot, deleting this app.

Too many bugs. My payment is not listed in the payment history but when I try to make a payment it says it is a duplicate. Meanwhile, the church has a list of people who paid using this app and my name isn't on it. No one is getting email receipts, either.

So I tried the give plus app... I signed up and when i went to put in the credit card info, it times out... A session timeout.. Can't get back in to put my credit card info in.. I have been on this for 120 minutes... Giving up now.. I'll go back to it later.. It should be a concept... but can't login.. I think they need bigger servers... Frustrated HELP!!!!!!! Scott

Updated version installed today, still has a problem with white text on a near-white background. Effectively useless app. Developer so far unresponsive to feedback. Makes it hard to recommend this service provider to others.

Basic, but it does the job. Receipt is only sent if I register and log in. I need to enter my login every time. Basic look and feel. It did work, and I did not run into the stoppages or other issues that some users described.

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. Every time I try and add data or sign in or make payments or even find my church it calls it invalid and will not track anything. I have been trying for a month to make it work and I have decided to give up. This app does not work! It does not track payments made and I do not feel at all secure using it! This app is horrible. I'm trying to donate but it keep closing out even though the app is up to date. App has many bugs that need to be fixed before it is usable. It is now 11/27 and this app still has not been fixed for android's. - I'm back on 3/18/21 to say this app is still horrible as ever. Recognizes fingerprint and the closes out. I tried reinstalling and still nothing. This company does not care about its users.

I implemented this app for our church & everyone is using it without problems. Here are things I had to tell users to do. 1) restart your phone minimum 1 time a week. I can't believe how many people don't do this to keep the device running tip top. ALWAYS log all the way out of your GivePlus+ app when you're done making a transaction. Don't just close the app & not log out! When users did this, you're secure. Also, sent them the DIY YouTube video. I'm a former software engineer & instructor.

I have been trying to get this to work for nearly 3 months. I set everything up in March. Zero feedback so I thought I was making donations to my church WRONG. Nothing happened. I deleted my bank info, re-entered and again nothing happened. There is no help available and no feedback. This is the worst ap I have ever used as it doesn't do what it promises and no help is available.

Tried to create an account and after entering the PW twice I get the error message: Error processing request: 8. I am using a Moto Z3 Play running Android 9.0. The app seems like it is not very well thought out. Frustrating to deal with.

It's a great app to make payments to your church for fundraising and or donations. You do have to log out after each use and can't use fingerprint login or face recognition, as they advertise, the app will shut down. It's for security reasons, keep your information safe. Set up is easy and it's super easy to use.

App worked for a while in the beginning, than it stopped taking out my tithe. Have tried to install and reinstall to no avail. Need to fix this issue. I really enjoyed it when it was working. Thank You

Overall I'm okay with this app, it has the functions we were looking for. I would have given 5 stars if the app would recall my payment info without having to call it up before I enter my donation. Maybe because I don't do a recurring donation? Consequently some of our members put their banking info in every time they make a donation, like weekly!

I've been using for almost a year but now Whenever I go to use the app it shuts down and closes. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's still keeps stopping.

It is absolutely necessary to send an email to the user immediately after a donation is made. Or at the very least have it show up in the "Giving History" as "pending" or something as soon as you confirm payment.

No way of knowing if the transaction was complete. Tried again with same result. Could not locate logout option.

I gave a donation, and did not receive any notification whether my donation was being processed. I had to wait 2 days and checked with my bank to see if my donation was processed. Then it posted on the app under my giving history. But still have never received a text or email confirmation.

I would love to use this app to donate to my church especially with social distancing due to COVID-19. However, the reviews make me very uncomfortable placing my financial information in this app. In addition there is no ability to utilize Android or Apple pay. Are there any plans to add this functionality in the near future?

As soon as you sign it it automatically closes. Used to work fine until about a month ago. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling and it made no difference

Doesn't work. Tried multiple times to set up a recurring payment or a one-time payment without succesd. Deleted it after tryi g to clear payment method details.

Error: something went wrong. I have to set up payments every time I log in. I'll be encouraging my congregation to move away from this platform.
