See above. Has access to Bluetooth, even turns on radio when it prompts me to, it's already paired with the toy. Definitely there, but app claims it's not. Short of rooting my phone to see what the app is doing with the Bluetooth stack in real-time, there's nothing else to do. The really, really sad part is-- the iOS Appstore version of it works flawlessly from our iPad. I hate Apple, but we have no other choice for our kid to use it =(

the app is... problematic. I was able to get it to working on my LG G7 ThinQ at first (everything worked perfectly!) but not at all on my son's HTC U11 Life. Tried playing with it again on my G7 and couldn't get it past the "connect to the dog" screen even after being connected to the dog and using it as a Bluetooth speaker. I haven't tried drastic measures like unpairing the dog, clearing cache, etc but none of that should be necessary. Going ho reach out to the dev to offer testing help.

Got the app working on my phone but it is not compatible with either of my tablets, a Galaxy Tab 3 or my old Tab 1. You have to connect the bluetooth from your homescreen pull down menu not from within the app, THEN tap the bluetooth commect button in the app. Toy js pretty coolbut thr android version of this app needs attention.

Same problem as everyone else. I can connect to the puppy with bluetooth but the app says that I still need to connect. I have to say I'm very disappointed. My son still loves playing with gizmo anyway, but I wouldn't have paid over $100 to have less than half the features.

Bluetooth connection is established but no interactions with the toy at all. Just main screen and nothing else. Useless. B.t.w., the iOS version of the same app works fine.

App doesn't work. Once you connect the dog via Bluetooth the app never moves beyond its startup screen. The app works for Android version 7 but not 8.

miserably disappointing at Christmas. Bluetooth is connected but the app isn't recognizing it and won't let me use it.

Shenanigans on Christmas Surely this is a joke! How can this app not even give the proper name for the WiFi. And nope, we can't get past the Bluetooth screen. Utter rubbish.

works great but you havs to set up the blutooth outside of the app otherwise it wont work.
