GJP Club
GJP Club Membership Management System is a great system to those users who always play some sports. Usually, most of the people will go to buy their sport equipment or sport related product at sport shop instead of buying the product from the sport club. This system allows the user to have a better understanding about the club. For example, when the user wants to buy the sport related product or sport equipment will go to other website, online shopping and the sport shop because they do not know there are some product sell by the club. In order to solve the issue, GJP Club Management System are built for the user to show the user all the product sold by the club. The user can gain the information about the name of the product, price and the current stock left. By this information, user can place their order directly to the club and the system will check the stock automatically when the user place the order. If the amount of the user order exceeds the amount of the stock left, the system will not place the order and it will tell the user stock is not available so the club will not worry if the amount of order is exceeding the amount of stock.
Our system will save down the personal information. After the user login to this application, they can edit their personal information. The email will be use as the main communication channel for the club to inform the user about anything happen or the event coming soon. For example, if the club are going to have a badminton competition, an email will be sent to all of the user so they know there is a badminton competition and they can decide they want to join the competition or they want to become an audience. Our system also shot all the outlets of the club to the customer. When the customer is going for a trip, but they still want to ply some sport, they can try to find the nearest outlet at their location.
Our system will also record down every order make by the customer. Our system will let the user to view all the order make by them. If the user finds out there is an error when they order the item such as order the wrong item or order the wrong quantity, they can contact the club immediately. The club admin can delete the order and make a new order for them or the customer can choose to make a new order by them self. The order can be used as an evidence when the conflict occur.
As a conclusion, our system will provide the information required and different type of services to the user so they can easily manage their own profile. The system also helps the club in managing the member profile and the item they have. By this application, it can save down the time for the user when they want to play some sport.
