Quit working. Says no Internet connection

I have used this app for months, now I'm getting an error message. The app will Not Open. .

The app opens, lets me sign in. I click on accounts and it acts like its loading. Then it signs me out. When i didn't even click log out!!! App is up to date. Tried clearing cache and data on the app with no avail.

I had an old version, since update showed error. After deleting and reinstalling the app it works perfectly.

Since the last update I receive an error message advising no Internet connection, when in fact I have a Internet connection..... . Please fix. EDIT: working again. Thanks for the quick fix.

This app had always worked great before, but now it is saying that I don't have an internet connection & I definitely do. I tried it with wifi & without. I tried uninstalling it & reinstalling....without any luck.

Easy when in a checkout lane and you need to add funds at the last minute!

Works good. Great for when I need it. Can do everything I need and easy to navigate

Failing to load for the entire evening. Uninstalled and reinstalled....rebooted phone...still loading!

Because of the new deposit at home procedure having to go through this app, I downloaded it. I have had to uninstall and reinstall 5 times and it still is not working! I have an android, and it keeps giving me the message that it has "stopped working."

Excellent service. The only thing this app is missing is mobile check deposite.

Worked great till my phone did an update the other day. Now it's not compatible with my device. Please fix it...I miss being able to look at my account from this app.

Great app but I hate that you updated it, and now I'm forced to look at ads when I try to log in.

Love this app. It makes me want to do all my banking on line.

This app makes it fast and easy for me to transfer money and check my accounts

Much easier to navigate over jumping the internet hoops.
