Sense last update, can't get into all my accounts. it's only good for checking your balance on 1 acct. Very Very Disappointed. If it wasn't such a hassle I'd move to another bank!!!
Every time we get updates on the app we lose history. Not good without history, need not only transactions but history.
This app certainly makes banking transaction easy. It saves you time and gas.

Not users friendly.
Starting up/opening an account: no information about my account, account features, CU features. It's been nearly a week and a dozen contact attempts: I still can't get anyone to tell me my account number, even through a secured message as I was instructed to do. No printable direct deposit form from the online account access. I was never given any information or an option to order checks when I opened the account at a branch. The rep was pleasant but not knowledgeable. The app is minimalistic.
I lived the last app easy to use this app I can't even log in iv had my account unlocked over and over I reset my password over and over and I have never Ben able to log in and I used the last app every week now I have to call every week and have stuff done over the phone and if I need to do something on the weekends I can't there not open worst app ever
Terrible app. Downloaded to use mobile deposit. The photo portion doesn't even work. Was hoping this would be a good alternative to inconvenient locations and hours. Looks like a local bank is the better option.
