Having to keep reinstalling app because it won't open at times.
Update software need but other than that it's good
Previous program gave more information about what was in your account. This next Gen gives very little to no information , only transactions, there are know drop down windows with any useful information about what you did. I guess it is helpful for some. I would love to be able to deposit cash money at the ATM machine, that would be awesome.
Good unless an update and you have no clue why you cannot log in. Have to call which you cannot just call your branch. Then they will tell ya what to do, They are super helpful!!!! But it is a great app.
The GKCU app is extremely easy and efficient to use. You can easily review your statement, check your savings account or a loan, pay bills, or transfer money from one spot to another. It's like having your own personal bank teller right at your home.
Great app easy to use,just which I could turn card on and off with this app like Wells Fargo app...$1 a month for paper fee when did they started this?
Always updating the app for better performance for an IPHONE but making it useless for an ANDROID

VERY fast and efficient app that makes online banking a great alternative! I love that I can view my balances, make internal transfers, and even deposit paper checks at the click of a button! I love my bank already, but this app is a wonderful feature to have; not to mention very simple to use and navigate.
