Looks nice but never shows usage. Had problems with previous version not showing consumption and generation (I have solar panels). Contacted app and was told being fixed. Downloaded update and I still do not have info regarding consumption and generation....wasting of time and extremely frustrating.
Overall great app, useful information and great when it comes to paying the bill. But I REALLY wish I didn't have to sign the hell back in EVERY TIME I want to pay my damn bill. I get that it's security measures, but REALLY!? Every. Damn. Time.
it makes paying my bill easier then going in to pay or mailing it in plus you know it get's paid and not bounce a check lol
Can not figure out how to sign up for True Stream through the App
Great app, super friendly staff, all very courteous and knowledgeable. Just a fine company to be a member of !!
Won't give you the option to save log in info. They claim its for safety reasons but who is really going to log on and pay my electric bill.
Could be updated a bit, but serves it's purpose well and allows me to pay my bill and view usage on the go.
Forgot password and there's no option to reset password or use different email.
Once updated can't access my account. I have it where my finger print allowed me access but know it won't let me use it.
This app does not work on a Google pixel 4 running Android 12.

When I wrote to the developer's of this android resource, I got a platform automated response. I just wanted everyone to know that.
App is useless!! Tells me my password is wrong. So can't even use the app.

Overall it is a good app, but it has many issues. The most recent update caused the billing history to no longer function.It only downloads files now. The electric bill and truestream bills can no longer be viewed or paid for individually. Which means I would be double paying on my truestream bill. Fix this soon please!
