was great but a few weeks ago it kicked me out of my account and has not worked right since. it let's me on for a few seconds but it won't update my balance it will ask for my password (which I had a bank teller change for me as it wouldnt accept my old one) and it will not accept the new one or my security questions. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I've deleted the app and re-downloaded it multiple times, restarted my phone. and updated it and nothing.
I have. Difficult time maneuvering in this app. I use bill pay for everything regarding monthly household bills. I have difficult time removing payees as there is no delete payee icon. Very frustrating. I hardly ever go on my laptop computer to get on this site because there's too much to go through to get into my account.
I love the fingerprint option. So far I've been able to do everything that I wanted on the app, I like that you can organize the accounts and rename them as you want. I'm happy to say that with the app being up to par, I am ready to let go of any old accounts that I may have had out there at different banks. Thanks GSB!
The setup was simple and easy. I have no complaints and would highly recomend to anyone with a Glenwood State Bank account wanting to see where transactions are taking place in real time! 5 stars from me
It simple and very helpful when wanting to deposit checks or even just to quickly check on the status of your bank balance. I would recommend it to anyone who has a Glenwood State Bank account.
The functionality of the app makes it effortless to use! Being able to see all our accounts quickly, transfer money, and remote deposit all in one spot is handy.
Great app! But very slow, transactions don't show up right away, sometimes even a day late.
Good to stay connected to a good bank, never had many issues, and they keep good track of everything you need.
