Its horrible. Its literally not one person to talk to. I used to be able to chat with people near me. Now i cant search. Pointless app
The app is okay I guess (at chatting and sending videos) but the problem is, I struggle to send downloads of videos that I edited through it, it would be better if it worked a bit like whatsapp, what I mean by "worked a bit like whatsapp" is the file sending, just get the files off Galery and not Google Files.
Liked the app but all of a sudden I got an something went wrong message and it never accepts my phone number now. I cant access any of glides features wont get past send a text. Its been months. Hopefully something can be figured out.
I just tried to log in on my new phone, but im unable to do so. My email accepted, but my number wouldn't go through... It keeps saying there's something wrong with the number i entered?? Please help me
i like it so far! It's far improved from when I first used it. My guy and I are in an LDR, and it's great for sending longer videos (most apps maybe give you a minute, but this one is five minutes!) when we're busy and can't chat. i would like the sending feature to be a little easier to navigate, but we're both not the most tech savvy so could just be that. Overall, really love this for keeping in touch!
You can't discover no one what's the point I us to love glide with that feature gone it's bad all you got to do is block the person if they being inappropriate simple
Have been trying to search 🔎 on this site couldn't show up....is not like this before without searching is useless ... Administration of this app gear up and get it fixed
This app has a feature in which you can make your profile public and discoverable to other people. The problem with that is, there are a lot of weird people who send inappropriate messages. I changed my settings so my profile wasn't public anymore, yet people still found me and sent crazy messages. When I emailed Glide, I got a automated message telling me to block those sending inappropriate content. That doesn't solve the issue, especially when it's dozens of people sending inappropriate things all the time.
At this point I have to give it one star. I am trying to set up Glide, yet when it asks me if I already have an account and I pushed "skip" because I don't have one yet it says "oops we encounteted a problem. Try later". And when tried it with putting my phone number in...same thing. I think this issue needs to be fixed asap or I have to uninstall again. I UNINSTALLED YOUR APP. Not pleased at all. There aren't issues on my side. The glitches are on your side.
Storage of old videos would like keep see older videos sent meaning past videos from beyond 90 days or more would like review all videos
The app is so boring now the discover option is gone I don't even use it anymore. The app is so pointless now and the developers needs to move with the times. Bring back the discovery or just quit.
Is a good app for relationship , chatting and video chat,but now alot has changed no way of sreaching of friends and others but aside that I recommend this app for other people looking for love,friendship , communication

I love Glide cuz my family and friends can chat with me through video. I'm deaf. Glide can be install on any iPhone or any Android phone. Apple Facetime is not. Big Thank You to Glide!!!
It is a basic video chat app which is good. BUT it was better back in the day BEFORE the pop ups every time you want to send a video. This gets annoying. I know what the play move is but doesn't take away the fact that it is annoying. This ad thing also can get someone to stop using it for a long while or not use it at all...... just food for thought... maybe ads should pop up after the 3 vid chat or something, idk....
Forget Google duo which is hard to sign into and has grainy pictures glide is super clear easy to use sign into works 100 percent better lot lighter too and easy add to Google accounts
The app won't open on my laptop. On my phone it freezes and the videos sometimes play in slow motion. I would have to tun off my phone and restart it to get the app to act right. Other than that I love Glide and making new friends all the across the world.
I like the option of talking to family and friends without being interrupted. I can say what I have to say and send the video and then hear them uninterrupted. And now I can even save the videos. I really wish they hadn't deleted my previous videos when they changed their policy but overall, I like the app.
Been using this app daily since 2014. It's declining. - - Videos not loading for hours even days - Hogs space on phone - I've noticed the ads picking up again - Again, videos not loading. Very inconvenient to have a piece of a conversation missing for days. by the time it pops in, it's useless.
This is a great app! The only thing that I would say is it's very difficult to figure out how to add friends! Other than that I really like this app! It's a fun way to talk to friends and really nice that you can go back and watch the videos! And I think it's fun that it shows when people are active, when they are watching and have watched!! I would say tho that I think it would be more accurate if it would show people as idle when they close the app and not show them as still active! 5 stars!!
Time limitations and quality. The rear camera quality was bad, and I have a LG ThinQ that have solid front and rear cameras. Was looking for a replacement to Marco Polo, and this definitely is not a good one. It's not as intuitive and had less features, to include being limited to how long your video can be.
For the umpteenth time, Glide, I do NOT want premium! Since my last update, Glide continuously asks me if I want premium after EVERY video. I have selected "No thanks," but Glide keeps asking me this question, as if I am being forced to say yes just to make it AND the ads go away. Can you please stop this? I will delete soon if his does not stop. Goodness gracious!
After nearly a decade of use, it's my favorite app for communication! One of the best features is being able to switch between front and rear cameras during the same video "voicemail" being recorded. You can see when someone is watching or has watched your video. It does do audio messaging but you can't jump to the middle part of an audio message the way you can during video playback. Glide is far more valuable and secure than SMS/MMS.
