It was a bit difficult to enjoy, as sometimes when your scooter came to a complete stop, it would stop moving completely, even though the time was still ticking. A pause button should be added, because it is complete bs that you get charged for the scooter's fault. Waste of time and money, please add a pause button.
Easy way to get through campus whenever I park far or I'm running late. Only had an issue ending a ride and overcharging my account but the developer reached out right away fixed the negative balance and gave me credit on top of that so can't really complain
The experience was awesome. It was nice having something to ride around on rather than having to walk to every store we went to. It was also fun just being able to walk around and act like a kid for a bit. Would recommend using these.
Ever since the update I wont let me start a ride I have 3.50 on my account and it usually only costs me 2.30 to get to where I have to go. But it won't let me start a scooter just keeps prompting me to add more money. Was really in a hurry and fully expected to be able to use it.
Glide is a fun substitution to walking. Customer support is really fast at responding and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have some fun. I use these scooters to get to my classes when I'm running late. 10/10
Super fun has power has a lot of good strength on climb ups and hills. Highli recommended. Battery runs fast but it's a lot of rides.
Everything was fine , on what is dissapoint me was when i end the ride the scooter turn off and charge me $7 i was like okay fine , but in my app it said that i was using the scooter again which i wasn't anymore , we were looking for help and we call as well i left a voicemail and nothing not even a call back , so i was trying to end the ride a bunch of times in my app but it didnt let me and they charge me $13 seperated for not using the scooter,, what the hell???!!
Glide Scooters are just in downtown area or on the west side of town. I live by Central and can't find not one near me. I know that downtown and west side usually take everything new but at least can we get something nice out here in the SAME CITY!!!!!
My wife and I decided to hop on the Glide for downtown El paso fun, and a great time we had, what a way to see the city!

So unresponsive and set up was a nightmare now keepa asking me to update but no where to select update in app or google play
It charges you 25 cents per minute and if you take like an hour your total is going to be like 25 dollars and not 1 dollar they are just stealing your money.

Works okay but it wouldn't let me end my most recent ride and charged me for an extra three minutes that I just stood waiting for it.
It's not sending me verification codes, says my phone number didn't exist; super glitchy.

The majority of glide users ride the scooters like a lunatic, not following basic traffic laws e.g. ignoring a red light. It is threatening to both the scooter riders and people walking on the sidewalks. If you are open to address everyone's safety, I would be glad to change my rating. [Update] The majority of the scooter riders still ignore the minimum traffic laws. Often, they ignore red lights or bother to stop even when there is a traffic.
App doesn't work on Note 8. It doesn't let me input my phone number

It was an awesome experience to ride the electric scooters as we watched the Christmas lights and activities take place at San Jacinto Plaza.

I haven't used this app in years, and probably won't again. There are only specific areas you can ride around, which is understandable, but I went out of range at one point and did not make the discovery till after the scooter stopped. I had to drag it back into range, but the unreasonable part is that it let me go far out of range. By the time I dragged it back in range I was almost halfway back at my starting point. It's a waste of money, just walk.
