I'm impressed! Nice idea. Every detail is brilliant. I find the app very useful, wished I've known about it longer. Edit: I'm changing this review from 5 to 1 star, the app no longer works, once i open it gives a "technical error" Message, and it fails to bring out my account details. Everything's just empty. I'm so disappointed! 😫

It's a good app. But one big disappointment, there's no scratch card recharge option. All other network apps have this feature, just Glo doesn't. Imagine using a mifi and having to remove the card every time you want to recharge. You can't compel us to use the e-channels. This is a big spoiler for this App.

The app does give functions, but it tends to waste airtime. Upon buying a data bundle, if your not careful it could renew it's self and wouldn't see a way stop it. only after the data bundle have been renewed several times; would they give an option to cancel. Yes, The app is a real airtime consumer.

You guys need to fix this app, it's seriously wasting my airtime. I opted to buy 50 naira night plan once, but it automatically bought it twice. This has happened several times. Apart from that, there was a time when I tried to buy a subscription, it said the request was failed but it still took my airtime. Please fix these errors as soon as possible.

The chat section of the app needs to be worked upon. When you're typing, you don't get to see the typed characters until you drop down the keyboard interface on your screen, which makes it very hard to type and correct errors while typing. I hope this would be fixed to enable customers have hassle-free chat with your agents.

This app just shows you your main and data balance. No form of self service available. you can't even check your plan. Also, the chat window vanishes when you mistakenly press the back button and that's how you have to start all over again. Very frustrating

The app appears good but the share data or Gift data option does not work and that should be one of the major uses of the app, please work on it. Secondly if you add 2 SIMS to the Mobile app, you can't see or use the Share and Gift data option, while Operating the second SiM because it doesn't appear on the interface.

The app is not intuitive. It doesn't show your bonuses, expiry dates, or your current plan. It is completely useless and is way below the standard that GLO stands for. I am just disappointed that glo has not done anything about. If you can't come up with a good app on your own, you should at least try to copy from others.

Please it will be nice if you guys can add options where you can switch between one data subscription and the other manually without having to wait for you guys to do it for someone. For instance I have a night subscription and it is already past 12am and I still can't use it because I'm being charged off my normal monthly subscription. Please find something to do about that.

The app works just fine, little bugs no crashes.... But it'll be more efficient if it shows us our other balances like bonuses, allows us to transfer Airtime,and other services..... It should be made more flexible like other network apps....

Why can't I see the quantity of data my shared contacts use. This was available on the previous online platform. And the app looks too mechanical and rudimentary lacking real information a subscriber would want to displayed. I should be able to see the amount left on my SIM easily.

Not user friendly and very stressful to use... Do not recharge your line with this app... I repeat do not recharge with this app else your airtime is gonna be converted to bonus... making the airtime useless except for calls. while chatting with their agent on the app the textbox was covered by my keyboard, it was so stressful.

I just updated the App and gosh!!!! This is more horrible. The lettering are so tiny, display arrangement is horrible and it can even update to show correct data and airtime balance on my line account accurately. I purchase 2.5G and it shows 1.9G as data balance. Glo! This is more like an advert app for you. Not user useful.

It's more than annoying... Am unable to login ... It's a big shame for you guys... We can all see how other networks handled and created their own mobile app with easy use.... I wish I can give ZERO star if available... Unless you upgrade and find something to do about it, you will lose more customers to MTN if you're going like this coz they(MTN) put better offers in their app. It can be accessed without login in and without data... You will be able to enter even if you don't have data...

Great app marred with one or two counter intuitive service delivery, how can one recharge a certain denomination and just get locked into a package without user's input, secondly, active night plan should have precedence within the time band, not if you have a special plan running concurrently, keep things simple just as this fine app, my advice

This is a wonderful app and also it needs further improvement to be in tandem with present reality. You should be able to do so many things on the interface like sim registration once you have the basic requirement by the regulating authority.

The app is good but I want to suggest some updates to app 1 since it's a glo app it should be accessible for free without requiring data to open the app the only time u need data is when you want to access the value added services and there should be a separate glo special bundle for that like the way Airtel did for their Airtel TV app 2. There should be mean of seeing the data balance like the way u get on the SMS format

This update is totally useless. For someone who's sight is medically supported, this tiny fonts on the new update is totally unacceptable. The UI is so confusing and disorganised. Please, bring back the older version.

There is nothing special about the Glo Cafe app. You can't transfer airtime to loved ones, You can't resolve over scratched card, you can't access your bonus balance, you can't unbar your line, less value added services on the app. Moreover, you don't get the chance to be rewarded for using the app just like as it is with MTN, Airtel and 9mobile.

Useful app but needs a lot more work. On the Voice Plans area of the app, for example, you are told for Biggy 3, you pay 500 and its valid for 3 days. It doesn't tell you what you'll be getting for the money you paid. so you can't really make an informed decision whether to get Biggy Pack 1 or 3. On the Chat section of the app, once you start typing, the keyboard covers the text area so you CANNOT see what you're typing. That just renders the chat area useless. Phone used was Samsung Note 9.

I wish there is option for 0 star. I wanted to get data for my router. The app says my number is not a glo user. I went to their website, same thing happened. I tested BUZZ to 105, the message was not delivered. I chatted with their agents on two occasions, and they were vacuous. Glo is a mess

Good attempt by having an apps. But very disappointing in terms of raging due to slow connectivity, insuffient functionalities (can not see my call credit balance, no Sim deatails, alternate number can not be edited, no NIN information). Try to upgrade as your competitots are stealing the show.

The app is sweet and all, but the detours in the app is too much. E.g 1. Autorenewal of data plan is the default. Difficult to cancel 2. Can't login or buy data via the app if data runs out. 3. Balance and active data, tough guys to check and switch.
