Global Blue

Scam! Went to Germany in March 2020, filled out quite a few global blue forms with official store receipts and stamped. Got them also stamped at the global blue offices and at the German customs, then they were all stapled together and put in the global blue envelope and dropped off at the mail box at the Munich Airport. Today I get charged over $100 from global blue and never received my tax refunds! But they make sure that they collect their global blue fees! Go to German customs instead!!!

I installed the app, read the "privacy" notice and uninstalled it. The app is a license to to sell email addresses to thousands of partners who will send spam. No serious company would act like this.

The App does not open at all. It is a failed App. have to uninstall the App. I have tried installing again based on developers response. The story is same, App failed to launch. Something is definitely not right

This app should be flagged by Google as Global Blue makes it compulsory to agree to receive marketing communications, promotions, texts etc from them AND their partners (e.g everyone they sell your email address and personal data to) in order to sign up. So in order to receive my tax back I now have to give up my email in order to be spammed. Disgusting and unethical behaviour.

Best app. Even you can contact with the representative of global blue they help you very easily. It is very helpful apps

I have use this app before but now I was traveling in Germany where many shop use Global Blue but only 1 of 37 didn't take or scan this app for auto filling, and trying to manually scan barcode never work, always did not found shop id even though it could scan in id number right

it should be better! the completed forms are not updated, and no refresh botton is provided to update transactions.

Keeps saying "no internet connection" when trying to create an account or log in. (My internet connection is just fine.) Useless app.

Missing shop / bussiness detail. You only get the name + address, which when go into google map it does not match. ?!?! 😒 No web site of each biz or photos.. or any social media links...

The refund documents are deleted constantly :(

Kept saying my email address was already taken and won't work as a guest. Poor app

Useless app. Cannot send back a stamped form with this app and get a refund. Use planet e-taxfree - it is way better.

I can't register due to a server error. App crashed multiple times during registration process.

Buggy. First my refunds disappear, then they appear back but 2 are missing... annoying.

It has now been 5 weeks since I dropped my stamped receipts in the Global Blue deposit box at Lisbon Airport and my refund has yet to be processed.

They're using insane bad currency exchange rates and overall looks like a scam for tourists

Trying to sign up. Android auto-complete not supported, quite frustrating

The app just gives me and error when I login. This means the app is not useful.

Makes it compulsory to opt-in to their marketing communication in order to sign up. Does not recognize the numbers of their own Tax Free Forms issued in Slovenia.

Useless app. It can't recognize documents from IKEA Kraków. It can't show refund offices properly.
