This is the worst app online to use.. It does nothing for the customers that have accounts with them because you can't even get the app to get beyond the testing stage for you to log on to the dam thing.. You just have to trust your money is still there on your card and you can forget about notifications being sent to you about your transactions because you can't even register.. .
What is the point of downloading the app when you click on the global card in the app it don't open anything but shows a black white screen. WHO EVER MADE THIS APP NEEDS TO REALLY WORK ON IT A LITTLE MORE LONGER CAUSE IT ABSOLUTELY NEEDS A LOTOF WORK DONE TO IT FOR SURE........SMFH
I cant use it for MOST online purposes and when I called to ask about the problem they just hung up on me. This is a pathetic excuse of a service and I have used mobile banking for a while now and the only reason I have this is because my employer doesn't work with Chime "which is fantastic by the way ". So I'm actually going to go get a bank account with Regions ot Wells Fargo JUST so I dont have to use this trash account or the pitiful excuse for customer service they have.
Trying to dispute a transaction is a freaking nightmare!! I will never again use their card or services, waiting over 2wks for my money back and all they can say is they are still looking into it! What a joke
If I could give it no stars I would it's been under construction the whole time completely pointless to have the app if it doesn't ever work.
it's been under maintenance for the last 24 hours that I know of or system upgrade weeks later it still under system upgrade😡😡 WOW ITS BASED IN "MALASIA"
I have an account and a card and I cant even log into anything ut says passwords are all wrong, I just go to my web browser to use it.
This is the only app I will use it's great n convenient n easy..the customer services is awesome. They do a great job to help you resolve any issues...
This app is trash on my android. Doesn't really make sense and very slow to load.
I registered it but it's not recognizing me and when I sign in with my username and password lets me in but when I go to the section or we're traveling all that is it when I go my account it's telling me to login again I log in and it's not show anyone registered how to apply for the card it's not pulling up the page.
Upgrading and maintenance for how long exactly never been able to use...

Don't download this app. It's a scam looking to get password information and sensitive information from you phone like bank accounts and other sensitive information. Delete this APP ASAP.
Its an ok online pay check system. It sure isnt the best.

I've had this app for about 2 weeks or so and it has literally been "under construction" the ENTIRE time. It wont let me log in, keeps saying my login is wrong but I go to the global cash card website on my browser and log right in just fine with no problems. I gave it one star because I couldn't give less stars, would not recomend downloading as it is just a waste of time.
