If you are not able to sign in, please check with your debt settlement company to confirm that Global is providing your dedicated account.

Not user friendly. You have to enter your username and password everytime you open the app. please add biometric or pin code so it's easier to log on. thank you!
Does not give any status of my accounts or anything for that matter. One of the worst and unfriendly websites I have ever TRIED to use. And then when you call customer service to get updates on your account, they give you the impression that they're annoyed that you're asking them to do their job.
does not work says my account doesnt exsist...plus no guidance on how to fix this issue.. There are no statement sent in the mail so it would nice to be able to look ay an account you're putting money in..
Works great. It would be nice to be able to save login details and log in with fingerprint.
Every time I try to log in I have issues. Won't take my pw, user name n it doesn't send me email to get new pw. I'm done with it!
It's a poorly designed app, very little info. I can't find a # to call to get assistance with questions.
Cannot log in, forgot password and am told I will hey sent a temporary one which never happened. This is useless to me.

Terrible app. Can't login. Cant rest password. It says call customer service. Earlier I was supposed to get an email with instructions on resetting the password. Never received it. I'm uninstalling this as it's a waste of space on my phone.
