How the heck does a first time person log in or sign up or use. Are you people totally incompetent.

I downloaded the app (first time) it asks you to log on (first time) so you put down your email address and a password (first time) but hey it doesn't recognise either (first time) waste of your time.

You need to seriously fix the login. It pulls up username and password but how you expect people to sign in when this is first time using the app.

Very poor app. I could not get a page to Signup, showing just sign in. I could not explore the app.

Like the other comments, once app downloaded and opened it ask for user name and password so You must have to create an account online on the website first before you can use the App.

Don't waste of your time. It's very worst. Cannot login.
