GlobalCU Mobile Banking

For starters the app really needs a Material Design makeover, it would mesh really well with the current gcu logo. I would appreciate the ability to hide my password as I type it or to have some type of secondary verification for login through the app as well. It works fine for checking balances and transferring money in-between accounts though.

I don't think Global even does anything for the the app, It seems like a third party was paid to build it and then the Global marketing department was asked to handle all the app bugs. Heck I bet no one at Global even reads these comments and if they do its probably just to get a laugh.

It keeps saying my username and password is invalid even though it works on the website. It doesn't work through the app. Someone please help

Haven't been able to log in in over a week. Just keeps saying that I need to try back later.

It would be nice to be able to take a pic of checks and deposit it with your phone, in fact I am thinking about switching to a bank that has that option. It would be great if it would hide your password when you are tying it in.

It looks like this app was created way back in 2003 need to renew everything on the app the logo makes no sense to the card and out to finish them with dinosaur app they have make so much money off people but can't invest into an app that's actually looks decent and worthy for people to use

If the list of transactions included PENDING transactions, and it would open and run every single time without fail it would be 5 stars.

It was Great till it Crashed. I used it to transfer funds.

Needs to show pending transactions

Not up to the level of any other banking app. If I want to check my balance or transfer, its just as easy to log onto the online Web page and be able to do more(see pending transactions etc.). Can't deposit checks or anything with this, so I just use the regular page or phone banking. Not to mention if you have other devices you might get locked out of activating on a new device and have to call them to reset it just so you can use it.

Where is the graph feature!?! What happened to remember me or automatically sign me in? You add paypal and then other features slowly disappear? Are you devs okay with this? You show pics of graph features in the description so that's proof the app used to feature graphs plus I used this app back when it had graphs still. It was fine the way it was, WHY DID YOU MAKE CHANGES TO DECREASE FUNCTIONALITY??? CHANGES ARE SUPPOSED TO IMPROVE UPON STUFF!!!

Needs to show a running balance, not just the transaction amounts; needs so show pending transactions with new balance; needs epay function.

I will definitely give it 5 stars when I can see pending transactions.

I used to be an avid user of their phone banking service, but I find myself using this app all the time.

If this were an app to lock my phone up for minutes at a time, I would give it 5 stars. Once the app is launched, the screen goes black and the phone locks up. Please fix and I will change my rating.

Sorry folks, this app is awful. Doesn't load properly, won't accept login information, and crashes a lot. GCU, tell your tech support employees I don't like pickles on my Big Mac.

Galaxy s4. Worked before update. Now it gives me error message trying to log in. Was great before.

This upgrade was desperately needed as I was recently lamenting about the lack of transaction visibility with the last version. Definitely a step in the right direction. Keep up the good work!

This app is very convenient, but if you dont actually exit the app, the next time you open it, it force closes. which is pretty inconvienant cuz I forget all the time, so it force closes all the time!!

Error message HTTP 500 It used to work on my Galaxy Note 2. Not sure what happened. :(

This app pales in comparison to the i pad equivalent. GCU, please update this app so that we non apple product customers can enjoy the top notch app that you have already developed. Thank you.
