I can't create an account on your app. I entered all details, once it gets to creating a pin, I get an error message. I've been on this since 17th November 2021 and till today, I haven't been able to get past the create a pin page. Why create an app for verification purposes whereas it's not compatible with all devices??? Please update your app and make it more mobile friendly. If possible, give us the option of creating an account on the website since we can't do that on the app. Thank you
Love the quality, multiple integration options, and speediness of verification. Only problem is with invalid identification and the options offered for verification.
Was a great app but now it keeps on crashing. I opened a few tickets with support more than a week ago now and they are simply clueless and useless. They just say there is a bug and they are working on it but after more than a week, no communication and they simply ignore my messages. For an app that is supposed to deal with somethong as sensitive as ID protection, I would expect way more and a much higher quality of service and support. Disappointed is an understatement.
Tried to sign up app keeps crashing. Put in id name approved went to get code, got the code and entered it. App crashed, went back in and tried to login says id does not exist. Went back and tried new start up and says id already exists. 🙄
At first i doubt your app because of the bad reviews i read, but as i goes.. i learned how easy it is to use.i already verified my xrpl easily now i can get more airdrops thanks!
Does not respond correctly, registration fails, some fatal errors appearing not stop
The app has been working great until the latest update yesterday. Now the wallet, chats and transactions will not load.

Overcomplicated mess. Apparently, France is not a valid country of residence, the option does not even exist. Cool concept but a lot of work to do to enhance and simplify.

Nonexistent explanation of how to set up the global ID! After you click "Get Started" it takes you to a non-selfexplanatory screen that says "First, let's register your global ID". And there is no explanation of how to do this or what to do next. Or even what a global ID is, or looks like. There's no Setup Wizard, not even a little circular button with the letter "i" to push for more information, nothing! I've checked back a few times after each update to see if they'd fixed it, but nothing.
Terrible setup process. Only after fully setting up the account did it then tell me that adding credit to it would come with an overseas foreign currency charge because the transaction will be processed in the UK. Why would I do that each time I want to spend money in my own country. Also can't see how to delete / close the account now its setup. It's also supposed to be a global product, but customer service is only available for 8 in every 24 hours. Nah.
Fairly seamless. Easy to use. Still learning bit I like the simplicity and ease of the process.
You are so lucky that there's nothing like 0 star or no star, been trying to get OTP for ages but to no avail. Play store should quickly do something about this app. Won't recommend it at all.

I can't even create an account. The phone number verification was longer than 30 minutes. When I asked for phone call, they didn't allow it. When I restarted the app, it doesn't recognize the ID as an account on 'I have a GlobaliD already' but when I put it on 'Get Started', it says that there is an account with that ID.
Your recovery via SMS link process is not working. It doesn't do what it says it would. It keeps looping me back to sign in or have an existing account screen instead of letting me refresh and go to the next step. Please resolve. Edited to higher rating for the fast response and help. Poor recovery setup to recover ID. Even setup with phone # and email. Unresponsive for the email sent code and ID. Waste time
First it took months for it to allow me to get started with the app by giving me error messages all the time that I didn't understand. Then finally I got accepted in. Now since I'm in, it's unable to verify my degree, live..., unable to connect to my upload account and xumm. I tried contacting on twitter & was advised to email support but no success. To think I was so excited for this app. I'm hoping things will turn around very soon.
Great app to verify that you are legit, especially for use on the XRPLedger. Authenticates yourself and assures that you are a person and not a robot.
Horrible experience! Please fix your app. I've tried multiple times to connect to uphold with no success. Plus your verification process is lengthy and unorganized. If I were you I would have used it yourself before sending it out to the public.
So far good. Although the setup process can be confusing. There needs to be detailed step by step instructional videos on wallet set up to making a purchase. Example: once funds are added to the GID wallet a pop up notice should let purchaser know of wait times for funds to settle in the wallet before card use. Otherwise a red popup states there's no funds in the account. As GID XRP fine tunes itself, it's worth it to use the card for those XRP rewards with every purchase.
First, it isn't clear how the verifications can actually be used. I haven't seen a website that gives GlobalID as an identification option. Secondly, it should prevent multiple verification of the same identity - e. g. phone number. Then, there should be provision for deleting verifications, especially those that FAILED. Finally, the "Help" should have answered all above questions. If no satisfactory answers, I will delete my data and uninstall.
I downloaded the app, but the wallet icon is missing. I can't figure out where it is and I can't find support to help me figure it out. The only options I have are, Home, Groups, Identity and Connect.... Edit: I wallet icon showed up and I am no longer having issues.
This is a piece of rubbish. I went through the verification process and how I have bunch of verification started, failed, accepted, in progress, ready for review. So what? It seems it's been accepted, but I cannot use my account, because it's not verified. Also, it didn't ask me to take a selfie video, but it recorded all of the process I took a picture about my ID card and myself and uploaded as a selfie video. I had no chance to change/re-record it. Good idea poorly designed.
