With this app, Globe At Home Prepaid Wifi customers can easily:
- Check prepaid balance

- Top-up or Share-A- Promo to your Prepaid Wifi account

If you’re a Globe At Home Postpaid Broadband customer, you can also manage your account with this
app, through the following features:
- Pay bill online
- Track data usage
- Purchase Volume Boost for your plan

* Using the Globe At Home app will consume your monthly Globe At Home data allowance and/ or

Who can use the app?
Anyone with a Globe At Home Prepaid Wifi and/ or Globe At Home Postpaid Broadband account
can use this app.

How do I begin using the app?
After downloading the app, proceed to install the app on your device and follow the displayed
steps for verification. Afterwards, please nominate a PIN to secure your account.

I have multiple Globe At Home Broadband accounts. Can I enroll all of them in the app?
Sure! But you'll need to log out first and then go through the account verification process every
time you want to switch accounts in the app.

Can I use multiple devices for one Globe At Home account?
Multiple devices can download the app to access a single account, but each will have to go
through the security verification process.

I can’t log in/I’ve forgotten my PIN. What can I do to access the app?
Under the prompt to input your pin, you can click on the “Forgot your pin” option to restart the
verification process and create a new pin for the application.

I’m not receiving my PIN for verification. How can I verify my account?
The mobile number and/ or email linked to your account may not be updated in our records.

Please try a different verification method, or call (02) 7-730-1000 to update your account information.

Honestly fix the damn app. It's been 3 days since it stopped working, continuously prompting the error that I'm "disconnected." Been patient with the upgrade for our plan so I won't have to deal with limited data plan and volume boosts, but now I can't even do that. Tried everything from reinstalling, using other devices, connecting to other networks: Nothing works.

The app is working before but in the recent update it started to have problems. First is the login which keeps throwing an error when you enter the pin. After multiple attempts to login and reinstall the app, I was able to login but it does not allow me to download the pdf for the billing. It displayed that it was saved in my phone but it is not found anywhere. I repeated this a lot of times but to no avail. Can someone please check these problems?

I did not have any problems with the app until recently. It does not show the data used. It would always disconnect and the worse was when I tried to use the homeshare app, someone else keeps on changing the numbers that can use the promo. It seemed like there was another owner on a remote server changing yhe settings.

I'VE BEEN ROBBED! The app suddenly doesn't work! Even the service doesn't work. I've wasted so much money on the promo load and I didn't get to use the data. I work hard for my money only to be gobbled up by GLOBE! If there was a zero star rating, that's what I would give! It's been this way for so long now, and nothing has been done. In connection, the GlobeOne app is the same! Ive also tried emailing via the app, guess what, it did not get sent because the email address was BOGUS! USELESS!

I used this app as a monthly bill reminder and mainly to settle a monthly payment subscription. In my experience, it is safe and fast to pay the bill with this app. Also, it shows promos and discounts to some products and services which I haven't tried to avail. I do not used this for reaching the customer service, instead I used their landline number.

The only thing useful in this app is the bill reminder and online payment. The most important thing that I need is customer service for the countless times that their services failed but I couldn't get the help I needed. Too bad the place I stay only allows globe. Had there been other choices, I would have chosen other providers.

Worked some but not very consistent. More trouble than worth. I have used data but app says still full amount nothing used. The info on your account is not accurate. Never shows payments when made. Two weeks and still not shown. Never shows when you are out of contract. Generally Globe needs to start over with new tech team to design a working app. Wrong to keep the same failures working on app.

Literally Trash app. does not work at all even you have a stable internet connection. Always forcing me to update the app even though the update will even more ruin the already horrible experience throughout the app. What a terrible service, Globe! Update: Still worst app in playstore. Literally it doesn't do anything, the app takes centuries to load, and because of that annoying pop up. Says that I have an unstable internet connection even though I have switched from wifi to mobile data.

We choose globe because we thought this will provide us a great service but it is the opposite the app always say something went wrong and there wasn't any tips for us to open the app without any problem, sometimes it will say check your internet connection but my connection is great it is in full bar so what's the problem?? my device or this app?? I hope you can fix it. It is really disappointing, seriously if there is a zero star I'll choose it.

I have been using this not so great app for years, but the latest 2022 update keeps popping error message after I entered my PIN code. I have already uninstall it then reinstall back again but same error pops up again and again and again. I've tried uninstall/reinstall more than 5 times already in many months now enough to finally say this app is useless! Even zero star is not enough to rate this GlobeAtHome app!

Have I known that this kind of wifi is a total mess,I have had not bought it. it's very disappointing 😞...I thought I save for less but I wasted money for this kind of trouble. Please read all negative reviews and fix the problem to avoid more damage to the image of the GLOBE TELECOM company.

Globe obviously doesn't care what it's customers have to say as long as the money keeps rolling in. Stop using their services until they get their act together. App of course doesn't work. Never sends verification codes to authenticate accounts. And it's the only way to get help now since the company got really cheap and offers no live help on their hotline. You only get to talk to a bot that's useless. Now we're all stuck with a unusable app instead. Fix it and I will update this review.

Customer service is the worst! This app is useless. We don't have internet for more than a week. Payment is updated. 3 technicians already went to our house. They can't fix it. Asked updates through messenger, they don't know a thing. Went to Sm globe store, customer service don't know how to fix the internet issue. They just created a ticket. No one's giving me an update after 24 hours!!! Very not recommended.

It's been months already. And as I am trying again to log in in the app. It always says that there is a problem. Can't you guys fix it? Don't you guys have anyone good that can help fix this pathetic app? I can't check my connection details, heck I missed a lot of my classes, due to your connection problems. I even forgot the date my internet will expire bcuz I can't open this freaking app, and guess what, i was absent on my classes bcuz I though you guys have connection problems. Fix this.

At first the app is good after how many months of not opening the app it resets and Everytime I register the prepaid acc. It always say my connection is lost even thou my internet connection is good so I uninstalled it and install again and after that it already says 'Sorry, you have entered an invalid Globe At Home acc. etc.' which is not good because I can't check my usage of data, I hope you fix it. Thank you!

It does not recognize the account number given by globe. It keeps on repeating to enter valid number when what I entered was the one on my billing. Even my landline number it does not recognize. It works previously but when I reinstall it it no longer works despite repeated reinstalling. This happens when an update was made

I recently downloaded the app but having trouble figuring out how to input my Wifi prepaid number, strange cause it is the exact phone number that I input. But it identifies as incorrect. instructions says there should be space in between groups of numbers. But there is no space bar button. Nor it is not automatic either. Please, if this app instructs consumers to do something please make it more transparent, i spent hours on google figuring it out.

Can't enter to my dashboard. Keeps on saying "sorry your number is invalid." Tried installing and reinstalling but to no use. I use it before as my backup and it was ok, though I was ripped once because my first reload did not go through and the update was late.

I like the app but I have 2 problems with it one I can't pay my Globe cellphone bill that came with my Globe Postpaid internet account and two there is no notification settings for when payments are due. Update I hate your new payment system now I can't pay my postpaid bill paying through the app was better than paying through your new website payment system.

I just bought the globe wifi and wanted to load. Unfortunately the app doesn't work it keep saying invalid number though I check it at the back of the wifi countless times, already use up the 10 gb free. I tell you I REGRET buying it. Worst of the worst. What more, I also tried loading it through *143# and it says 'sorry your request can't be accommodated bla bla'. Honestly your company should closed, it seems that you're not doing your job right.

I rated 1-star because it kept declining the correct number of my Wi-Fi. I checked and everything, but it's still declining + I'm downloading this app to fix the troubleshooting. I can't play any mobile games or online games. I didn't wasted my 1000 PHP only watch things and explore on such medias + It won't let me access to any websites. I was doing my homework yesterday since it's due deadline today. I can't access to any websites I wanna visit.
