Horrible, I've been using this app for years just to make payments on my multiple policies and now suddenly today it says that the version of the app that I have is no longer supported and needs to be updated. I go to the play store to do so and it does not show an update requirement from there. Guess I'm going to just let the policies lapse and then cancel them and go with a different insurance carrier. Thanks for nothing Globe Life Insurance.
Easy to set up and create an account, You can check the status of your policy, and make a payment, get the details of your policy. Set up direct deposit with your bank account. Gives the premium payment options to pay one month, three months, and 6 months. Which is cool. It will let you know when your past due too. An we'll laid out and a quality app. Hat's off to the developers and their staff I appreciate you.
The worst experience in my life. They entered my email with upper case. Can you emagine not able to log in or register for 2 years. Today I learned this. Now, to get to your birthday calendar to enter in registration form, one more challenge to go through. One hundred times scrolling to to the date and year. Just as i thought I got this. Guess what, no email registered under that name. So, here we go again. Sliding 100 times again calendar month and year. I had to do this 4 times. Fix it 😂
Customer service rep mumbled, breathed heavily into mic, told me to call back in 7-10 days because she couldn't locate my policy. I have a bill with the policy number and just wanted to know face value of the policy. I got no info from this call other than go to web site and could get value of policy. It is very hard to put in required birthdate because of the year. System automatically inputs current year and have to keep hitting the back arrow on months to get the correct year.
This app is just a waste of time can't add all my policies to one account. Then i can't make payments because the app post not avaliable for payments then global life waits 5 days to withdraw the money then my bank denies the payment because they think it's fraudelent and i am just going to cancel all my policies why fight with my union bank over the payments that say they were taken out and then the company says the didnt recieve my payments. I dislike scammers and thieves. I dont recommend it.
Absolutely garbage. I'm never recommending this insurance company to anyone. It is literally the worst. It won't let me make a payment online so I tried with the app well that didn't work either. It's not hard to make something that works. They need to fix it. Or shut down completely.
I'm having issues with adding the birthday when adding a policy on the app. I've been doing this for 2 days now can you let me know why is this such a hassle because it won't allow me to move forward and register??? Didn't have any issues before.
Didn't really get to "use" the app. During registration process it asks the question....date of birth for the insured person. The current calendar pops up...April 2020. You must click back, month by month, through each year, back to 1955. 🤣😂 I just cannot muster up enough patience to do that.
I try to input payments and the first question is do you want to add more coverage "accept or decline " and I always put decline. then I go on to make a payment and the app doesn't let me. .is very frustrating.
It's basically a in and out pay or confusing to get a chance to talk to customer support have to get act of congress to reach anyone. I wasn't impressed with it or the company operation from start to finish. Thank God for other insurance company and better apps for simple people.
wont send my policy, but ive made over years payments. i make mistake on my Grandaughters info. and so i called, they sd. to send her BirthCertificate to verify her correct Birthdate. I did.They have to send new policy, to correct mistake. They havent. This means i have a policy, that isnt worth anything except the payments i made. (in their words). To correct this, i need a correct policy updated. All i got was an offer to upgrade to TERM insurance. i dont want term , i bought whole life.
The app is frustrating. They need a new app designer and web page designer. It's very basic and cheap. This has nothing to do with the business just my opinion of the app and website.
Terrible Customer Service, and they don't give everyone insurance. Im 56 and wanted just a 10000 policy. I Filled out the application along with beneficiary and my bank information. After 2 weeks I started receiving phone calls around 11pm at night...Im sleeping as I have to get up at 4am....after a few days I got a letter in the mail stating they canceled my application. I asked them if there was an office that I could talk to during normal hoursno one every got back to I emailed, no response
I tried to use the contact us feature using the form provided and it seemed to load quickly with no response of Globe getting my question. I tried a number of times on 2 different days...still no idea if my question on why my wife's policy increased this year.
I just downloaded app, set my email and password, then tried to open. App does not recognize the email or password i just set.
Every time I tried to use it my password does not match so I go and reset a password and it still will not take it so I end up having to call and make my payments. This has happened year after year.
Cannot exit the app after I log out. App takes up the entire screen and covers up the "back" button on my phone.
I always have trouble with this app. It says trouble with connection. Try again. It doesn't say my password is wrong or anything. Nothing is wrong with my connection.
I have been trying to log on for 3 days without success!!! The app does not indicate what the problem is .... my login and password are correct.
My experience was great! Just need to be able to add the app to my home screen.. Don't see the option to do that...
A much needed source, but has to be the stupidest app ever. To register your account you must enter all your info (which is fine, that's expected), but once you get to your DOB..... Good luck especially if you were born in the 50's like myself...... I'm pretty computer literate... And then all that for nothing, they weren't able to find my account.... A BIG FAT..... 0
You keep closing the link to change my password. Very annoying. I'm getting sick and tired of changing passwords and they're not working properly and nobody to contact. Stupid people
Tried to pay my granddaughters insurance and wasn't able to in time. It was due on the 2nd but I get paid on the 1st or 3rd. I had to have surgery today. Thoroughly disappointed and thwart.
It was working fine at first, now it won't let melog on and also say's that I need to ipdate the new version but I can't find a new version of this app. How do I pay my bill on line without calling???
Scam company. Signed up a month ago because the salesperson cornered me and refused to leave my work office. I tried to get ahold of her to cancel my application but heard nothing back. The $43 I signed up for came out of my account and I have yet to even receive a policy number to make a globe life account. I'm ashamed I was too nice to just say no. Now I'm paying the price.
The app is good. But dont buy insurance from Globe. You purchase $5000.00 riders and they disappear. I had a $ 50,000. Now its down to $ 35000.00. I had this life insurance since 1997. Globe took away 3 $5000.00 riders. Terrible. How an insurance company can screw you after being with them 24 years.
Very buggy app, switching and no longer using them for insurance. Get with the times Globe Life, this app is terrible
Could be so much better. Do I really have to scroll from today's date on a calendar to put in my birthdate? 5 mins to put my birthdate in. Please fix that. Also, I can see my payments and the basics of my policy but I want to see more.. like all the specifics. It doesn't even show if I have term or whole ins. 😕 Just the payment dates and amount of coverage. This app could be soo much better. And yes, I have the latest version.
