Only has 2 options: $6 and $10. You have to make 3 transactions just to load a $30 amount, which is annoying because on the 3rd transaction, the system would put it on pending then failed status. It doesn't have any option to load other desired amount. Inconvenient since i need to load a minimum of $30 for internet usage
User-friendly and easy to top up. They accept credit cards and PayPal. Reasonably affordable prices. I'm on holidays in Manila and I can't top up online wih my debit card because it needs to be verified by Visa's security text and my Three sim is not supported here. I don't have GCash or Coins.ph either. Glad I found this, thank you for the app. Would recommend.
UPDATED! Had to contact chat to set standard currency to EUR instead of USD, and can only load either 300p or 500p. I want free choice of load, a better currency rate than 46p/1eur as the official middlerate is 58p/1eur! Tried to setup a monthly charge, but the app would only accept my card for single payments. For the bad exchange rate and the inability to setup a monthly charge, I have deleted the app again.
Unlimited text service that's not! Did the meaning of unlimited changed? Your service should say LIMITEDTXT! Better yet advise how many text we can send like 1 text message only! I needed to send so many text messages out as i'm looking for a part-time job to get by during pandemic thus loaded with your unlitext service but you discredited and can no longer send any text message saying that - it's above normal use. What is normal? For me to send just a single text message! What an excuse! 🤬
It works great with pay pal if you're in a different country. Otherwise if you use your card too often the card will not work on globe for a while, then I just used a different card. Since I used pay pal it's been working great now.
I was disappointed with this app..I tried it for the first time today and it kept on giving me an error message. I tried it on my computer same thing..it was promising until it didn't..too bad I would have been s regular customer..but nah..it was a waste of my time..
Nice,i like the option for paypal wallet..easy to use and fast transaction.The one thing is that there's must be a selection in sending a load to lower price.Like $3 to $2 not only with $6 and $10😊

worked perfectly for me! was able to load globe with paypal and it was instant, will be using again. the amounts are set either 300 or 500 php but i dont mind, just 500 every time and im good
All works fine so far. Being able to use PayPal is a plus, and much cheaper than other apps....ie Ding!

Computers/Bots are the only one who is obviously giving feedbacks when a user reports SOMETHING that is wrong, and because they all used the same words in giving people answers. PLEASE DON'T INSTALL THIS APP

Only low load amount possible, not very user friendly, store card function not working.

I thought it doesnt work because of the other reviews, but I was skeptical. I tried it myself and paid by PayPal for 300ph, it went through. After payment I got a text from AutoLoadMAX confirming the 300ph top up. I also got an email confirmation. I found it easy to use and it's instant. I signed up by email, it asked for my number, then I was prompted to choose the amount of load. It shows the current exchange rate in $ and you can pay by PayPal or credit card. $6 for 300ph when I got this.
