Not cool. The app is super laggy. Sucks that it always asks to be updated and won't let you past the pop up otherwise. It's virtually impossible to love this app - same goes for the poor, unstable internet connection you get from using the modem. Honestly, this service is not even acceptable as a back up.
Theres a problem in sending a verification code to the router's dashboard. I've tried requesting for verification codes so that my phone app could be verified, but unfortunately this app just couldn't. Edit: I can now access myBusiness app again, and can receive the OTP code in the router, Thank you.
1. Recently, i couldn't subscribe to promos in the app using the load of my globe broadband number. Contacted customer service via email and got no reply. 2. There are steps requiring you to be connected to the globe wifi (regardless if it can connect to the internet), and steps requiring you to be connected to a wifi with internet. So if your globe isn't subscribed to a promo for internet, you'd have to switch wifi connections in between processes which is suchhh a hassleee.
Well i experienced some people commented here and i'm very disappointed about this,its the same with other globe my thingy they want otp but the broadband doesn't receive it and i'm connected with my server but still cannot connect in my freaking modem.. I wanted to delete this app, but i still need it to track if how many data have i left, it's still usefull at that point but if only the data are available with this app you should probably turn this app offline..
Terrible! I uninstalled the app because it won't allow me to register to different promo, i even tried using the modem dashboard. I reinstalled the app hoping it will fix it but now it made it worst! It keeps on asking for verification code that i did not receive in the first place.
This app is not helping at all!I would give it a negative if there's an option.Not responding.Lags and it's not even allowing us to register the modem!We have to go to the business centre to have the thing working. Now we have to add data and it's not responding though the load is sufficient.
BAD BAD BAD! 1. Why is it that I can't even access my dashboard. Trying to load it with data but keeps saying to see the verification code on my dashboard but there was none! 2. CAN'T CLAIM THE SO CALLED 30 GB FREE DATA! KEEPS REDIRECTING TO A NONE SENSE SITE ON ITS APP TO ACTIVATE THE MODEM AND CLAIM THE FREE 30 GB. 3. WASTE OF MONEY. JUST HAVE 1 BAR. 4. I GAVE IT SO MANY CHANCE BUT ITS JUST THE WORST. FROM THE MODEM UPTO THE APP. 5.CAN'T EVEN NOTE NOW HOW MANY DATA REMAINING SINCE UPDATE
The info is messed up. Why does it show twice the data? i.e., you think you still have 50GB but you only have 25GB. The profile name also is skewed (aesthetically). There's no other use for this app except for these and you still can't get it done right.
I bought Globe myBusiness yesterday and have been trying to activate my prepaid number in vain.You'd think, since they are still selling this, that everything is up-to-date with the app and device. But the last app update was June 2019, that's almost 9 months ago what the heck Globe? No wonder the app is buggy.WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING THIS WHEN YOU HAVEN'T MADE SUBSTANTIAL UPDATES IN RECENT MONTHS? I was not able to claim the 30 gb freebie. (EDIT:Went to Globe and they activated the 30gb.)
It's so hard to use this app , It is said that there is 30Gb free but when I tried to claim it it's just keep saying that i need to connect to business wifi even i am already connected. So i tried doing it manually but it is not my two days doing manually i haven't got any verification yet, like nothing at all . My God it is freaking crazy
I have installed both this app and Globe at Home and they're both laggy! They're always under maintenance! I can't even subscribe to a new promo especially when I needed it. Ugh, this stresses me out a lot.
Are there no other promos for this? I can't connect to Steam or Valorant. I don't know if it's the modem or the promos but it's definitely not my computer since whenever I use my Globe at home router I am able to login on Steam or play Valorant. Need help.
It's been a week since I installed the app again but I can't receive the verification code in my dashboard sms up until now. I can't even subscribe to any promos because I need to verify my no. by having the verification code, however I CAN'T receive any code. :'(
Before doing great, after the recent update even the date of expiry of the loaded data is not showing, so I dont know when will my load data will expire, not convenient at all only showing how many data remaining. Before it was more detailed. Please fix
Useless AF! So I downloaded the app today to activate my new MyBusiness WiFi, was able to register but the "Activate" button in order to claim my free 30GB data is not loaded! Please fix this! your service is annoying
Stop wasting your money with unreliable speed and data.. Interns of data cap, similar to globe@home but lesser data. I expect different promo from globe@home but they offer the same. And this app is outdated. Another waste! ./.
This app sucks, i load my modem and try to register a load promo on the app and it doesn't even send me anything. When i first register my modem it doesn't detect my modem even though it is connected. I try it many times already and it is still doesn't work.
WORST WIFI APP OF ALL! I cant even claim my free 20gb internet because it requires me to fill a business information which takes them to verify for a month and counting now. MOREOVER, THE CONNECTION IS UNSTABLE AF! IP ADDRESS IS ALWAYS UNKNOWN and requires to restart a lot of times just to get an IP.
shitttty app . won't function well'. the app is so lag and users cant access it well specially if you runout of data. The verification period took years. i apply for verification until now im not verified! almost 1month waiting here.
When are you gonna fix this? This is making me sick, I can't transact here anymore unlike before, can't activate the promos, and my data usage is not working properly. It falsely doubles my data.
connection is good. The problem is the app seems to have a problem. I've set a notification where the app will notify me if I've reached the certain number of gb.
PLS HEAR US OUT! I reinstalled the app after I got a new phone. Now it needs to verify my modem sim card number to subscribe to promos, but I haven't received any verification code after how many times I requested for it.. and it's been days already! Pls fix this globe.
i just updated the app and it tells me to update it again. it was very frustrating. i waited so long for the app to be updated and it would tell me to update it again? i wasted so much time. i still need to do something important in our reseach subject. now, i need to wait again for the app to be updated so that i can already register. btw, why can't we update and register at the same time? it would be better if we can still register when app is updating. people can save more time.
I don't know the reason why is it hard to download this app even if the signal reception is high? As a result, I can't activate my Globe Wifi Prepaid. Pls. help in this or I might return this modem if I cannot use it.
To activate the FREE30GB dat comes w/d router. Dn't follow the app n follow dis steps instead. 1DL dis app. Make sure ur device is connected to the router. 2At the bottom of the router there's an IP address. Open a browser in ur device and type the IP address ur landing page should be the login page of globe, in my case it's the details of the router. 3Click login, use the user name and password at the bottom of the router to login. 4Send a new msg 2 8080 FREE30GB.
This is a very bad app! The dashboard is broken! Please fix this! I wasted 400 pesos for the promo, then I subscribe and after a while the dashboard shows 1G! But I subscribe for 22G! PLEASE FIX THIS! GIVE ME BACK MY 400 PESOS!!! I STRUGGLING ON ONLINE CLASSES BECAUSE OF THIS!!!

Unable to register the modem nor add load. No customer support. Tried to contact them on the support that was provided they just transfer to other support groups.
It says it will have a 30 GB free valid for 30 days but when i download this app its sucks and a TRASH...Around 42 minutes we wait till the verification code will send,But nothing sends so SMS...Its A Big Problem To this app hope They would fix this.
Does not show usage breakdown at all. It can't tell you how much data used for today or yesterday or for the week. Does not show any history, when you last loaded or how much you loaded. Does not show any stats whatsoever except how much remaining load/data you have left and when it expires. Pros: App is reliable, connects pretty quickly. Compared to similar apps for Smart which does not seem to work half the time.
