This App is the reason why I am leaving the Globe Network services and would prefer to endorse the services of GIGALIFE and DITO. It seems like its main account server is "corrupted" , "laggy and using poor memory chips" on thier systems that looks like always forgetting the logged in account and could no longer be accessed because its linked to a certain social media account which was not happening recently when I first installed it. This App is not helpful...sa UNA lang magaling.💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

Confusing. I tried paying here for my HBO Go subscription. After payment it doesn't directly activate your subscription at HBO Go. you have to open another app and search for that activation and until you get frustrated why you use this type of payment.

I just installed it, so far so good. I was able to share a load on the app (that was not on tm app) but the hassle to insert the sim is so frustrating tho. Pls update where we can send load even if the sim is on the other device. Not sure why there's old and new so why not just improve the new and delete the other one. New one definitely has more functions but doesnt have a share a load feature like this app has. Improve and put all the features on 1 app only! So confusing having 2 same app!

This app and the globe at home app won't connect using the smart sim data on my phone. I can't request a volume boost 'cause the app won't connect. All the apps lazada, shopee, FB, IG are working fine except for these two from globe (not a coincidence i believe) i also tried availing boost via the website but to no avail (Globe sends confirmation to wait 24hrs, but nothing) I've been a subscriber for 11 years now. Planning of switching to smart unlifam.

I can't use it anymore. Everytime I log-in in my account its always comes back to enter my email then enroll my fingerprint. It happens over and over again. I already clear the data and the cache. Still the same thing happens. So annoying to retype my email over and over then nothings happen.

I hate the way you develop this app. You need to send us SMS or any Notification 2days ahead if you need to fix things in this app. We knew you knew the details of our promo loads, but sometimes we cant use it to renew our promos, it shows that we dont habe promo subscribe. How come since we tracked how many days before it expires? Please fix your habit. We cant renew or continue our promo if this always happened. And just because Globe is the high fastest internet on my place, dont be mean!!!!

I bought the Newly promo which is Home Surf 199+, but the load/data did not reflect in the app. So I hard a time to check if I still have load/data. I don't know where/ to whom will I address this concern since the app only offers limited options for issues and concern.

App keeps prompting me to change my account nickname after I switched my mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. When I click on the prompt, all I get is an error. I've already deleted and reenrolled the account but the prompt still keeps appearing everytime I open the app.

I have been using globe for so long it's good. But can they do better, there was at some point I load my phone with the amount of 50 to 100 pesos and I didn't turn on my data. It was gone when I was about to register data promos. Such a waste 😡

The app is horrible. I cant even share load because it cannot connect. As for share promo, there arent any promos there. I'd rather use *143# but it also does not work for god knows what reason!! My only option there is loan when I dont even have any loan and I have load. Instead of focusing on these trash apps, why cant globe focus on making their previous services work!!!

UPDATE: 3/9/22: Still very annoying to USE. The frequency of being asked to enter PIN is such a HORRIBLE INCONVENIENCE. It is very stressful. I hate this app too for being slow and cluttered. Update: January 07, 2021 The PIN is annoying. Does one need to re-enter the PIN within a few minutes? This is so inconvenient. The level of security is getting to my nerves. I'm already logged in with email and password, so what the heck is the need to re-enter the PIN with such frequency? -----------

I bought load using the app and paid using online bank account. The amount was already deducted but the load was not yet credited. I raised the concern already but it will take 48 hours before I can get a feedback. I'm so disappointed that it will take 48hrs yet the amount was already deducted.

It locks up on add account, and there is no escape or recovery. Globe is not user friendly to people who are just starting; they appear to expect one to know what everything is and how everything works. I confess that I don't know about how Globe works, and am spending a bunch of money trying to figure it out.

I would like to ask that developers to ensure that the app works well and pls fix the bugs, I already reload it a few times yet my new subscription hasn't been added while the expiration extends to another 7 days which I subscribe to. My data still on 11 gb when it should be 34 gb now. Thank you🥰🥰

Load does not reflect in the app. Reporting to customer service doesn't help, too. It will take forever before they respond to your query. Globe charges you quickly but can't provide proper improvement on the app. If I were to rate it, one star wasn't enough. It must be 0. App takes forever to load, too. Registering to a promo takes too much time. 👎👎👎

App does not accept face recognition for me. Kinda slow. Need to wait for around 30 secs + to be able to get on. Not so user friendly. Need to read many times to familiarize specially when recontracting. Wasn't able to renew using this app. It doesn't push through. I need to do my business with the help of laptop browser.

Load does not reflect real time, made it more difficult to subscribe to a promo, and late subscriptions (subscribing to a promo would take hours or even days) to name a few major concerns. This app is the worst. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. You can never depend on this app. It will make your globe at hone subscriptions more difficult. So much for promising a smooth process.

Keeps on updating. Ang hassle lang. Just updated it last June 16, 2021 and say wuuut? It required me to update it again, June 23,2021. UPDATE AGAIN: JULY 26, 2021 Do not install this app. UPDATE APRIL 28, 2022: Cant view my data usage.. Cant even redeem points. You'll be directed to use the new globe one but even the new globe one isnt functioning well. They say update is necessary for further improvement. YOU DID NOT IMPROVE, THIS APP IS THE WORST.
