Terrible, absolutely pathetic. Out of words for this useless app ever made, can't even get a simple sign on right. Don't know why it's still out there on Play Store, Google should drive these useless good for nothing app out of play Store

Best recognition app with lots of integrations! Amazing UI/UX and support. App very stable! More power to the team!

My company is not using this app to recognize employees. My maximum reward to employees now is close to $10 worth of "points". I used to be able to award $300 cash for special cases. Downgrade. Not a fan.

Opens but doesn't load past the "you belong here screen". No, no I do not belong here, sitting on a yellow screen that never changes.

The app keeps freezing, this both on Android and IOS.

Was never able to log in and there's not a single phone number to contact customer service. Can't find anything on the website to get help. Such a waste of time and absolutely frustrating.

When we are asked to change award, the writeup gets lost after we select change award. Had to re write. Quite annoying.

This app is few among the apps not updating on Android 12. This is app issue. Latest Jan2022 update also not working on Android 12.

Doesn't work. The page loads where the company email id is asked. It redirects to company's IDP and after successful login, the page never redirects back to workhuman home page. The page is blank. Fix it please. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is now giving an error from a previous blank page. Not fixed!!

It worked fine forever, now it is terrible. Can't access anything. I have rewards waiting, and it won't let me login. Not sure what they did with the update, but they better fix it soon. A lot of people are having issues.

Used to love it. Doesn't work now. Updated it, uninstalled and reinstalled it. Restarted my phone. Cannot get anything but a blank page. I keep seeing that they worked the bug out but as of 5/29/21 they have not.

If I could I'd give zero. It is one thing to be stuck on terms and conditions and another gets stuck on "loading language." If it can't load language, there is no way to even begin to do anything including accepting terms and conditions. I uninstalled, waited, then reinstalled same thing.

The actual function of the app is great, and it works well. This thing is a battery HOG though, and it can't be shut down entirely. Samsung constantly complains about it in battery stats.

Application is not working at all....Useless App Keeps giving me "Sorry, no service available at the moment". Even tried reinstalling it. 😡 Edit1: thanks, a bit slow but it's working now. Edit 2: App is again crashing at SSO screen

I am not able to login through this updated app. When I login using my company email id, it showed me error " the app is not available at moment" and it's continuous throwing the same error. Not sure where to lodge the complaint.

LOVE this app - SOOOO easy to use!!! Ability to swiftly award/recognize. Really simple. In an age of excess and embellishments, it's a relief to see - see and unencumbered. 🙃

Edit**** contacted the company directly they could care less. **** Broken. Will not go pay the terms and conditions. Seems others have had the same issue for a while. Uninstall and reinstall did nothing. Since it's been weeks that others are complaining of this issue and it wasn't fixed by their subsequent update the developers need to get back at it.

Unable to login... There was showing error.. Email or Registered code not found..

I had redeemable points of 1140 and I wanted to purchase gift card worth points 1160 and I was ready to pay additional 20 bugs by credit card, but there is no option in this app to pay additional amount. This application is not of any use atleast for me. Brainless developer.

Worst service. I have used my 180 pints and bought a mobile holder. The courier company freebees has not delivered me the product because my mobile number was updated wrongly from the courier/WH team. Whereas, I had updated correctly. Due to wrong number i did not receive OTP and the courier rep denied to deliver the product. The product has returned but my points have not refunddd. And now there is no customer service of WH to contact. If you cannot serve properly, then stop this service.

Doesn't have many websites application. Recently Book my show was removed which is the major drawback. Highly recommended website like amazon.in, swiggy, flipkart, Zomato is not available. Kindly moving further consider these websites.

WORST app ever, STAY AWAY, whoever developed this app and services should think of career change. Will take hours to load the app, if you are lucky and loads app, will not load most used menus like gift cards, you have to waste lot of time bringing up gift cards, dont dream about using this app in store and bringing up gift card, you will hold entire line at checkout.

You can't see how many points you have unless you put things in your cart to "purchase" and check out. Seems ridiculous that they couldn't somewhere on the screen and it makes it much harder to decide what to get"

I can enter my login information, but that's about it. It spins for a few seconds and seems like it's trying to redirect, but then I get an error message that there is a problem and to check my settings and try again.

Used to work nicely. Infact, preferred the mobile app to the desktop. Whatever mobile app release was done recently has caused it to show blank pages after authentication. Very frustrating.

Cannot get the app to load no matter what I do. First time in years I choose to use it for myself and it doesn't work, which I know is coincidental, but doesn't make my experience any less frustrating.

Terrible app. By boss sends me some points. Can't redeem them on the website because of a glitch so download the app. The app doesn't have anything in the store. Complete waste of time

Was working great for ages. Now I can't even log in from the app. Says my I'm not authorized but I can access it from my laptop website. So very disappointed now. Can't use it on the fly when I find something in a shop while I'm out. Please help.
