The UI is extremely buggy. Here are some of the issues: 1) text & content disappears when you scroll down 2) when trying to change studios, the options vanish if you don't choose them fast enough 3) when on the timetable page, it just auto-selects something if you've reached the end of page instead of giving an indication (rubber banding would help here). It has potential but currently it's a frustrating mess & I hate using it.

So I'm trying to use the App. I try to login to my account with the studio. I enter email and password. There is no login button. Only register new account or forgot password. Failure at the most basic level and at the first hurdle. Who designed this?

The app won't let me sign the waiver form for my local gym. There is no sign options for the document. The gym receptionist is no help at all and has an attitude an not reassuring at all. Now I'm being told if the waiver form is signed before the 1st Feb this could jeopardise my membership and there isn't an option to physically sign a waiver form. Sort this out guys this is ridiculous and unnecessary hassle for app users.

Useful for booking classes. Issues with payment options as there is no way to remove my credit card information from the app, all options to delete credit cards are unclickable in the app. Would be happy to update my rating if this issue is fixed

App sends you notificatios about some events or added info from your gym, but as you click that notification it just turns on app to book classes and there is no way to read that information. Maybe I am misdong some tab or something..

The profile page is always faulty, the UX overlaps and I can't tap on anything at all. The Add Card page is also not responding well, there was no respond button and I could not proceed.

The new update is terrible, not user friendly and no easy way to g back to the calendar page to book another class if you don't want to add your class to your calendar. Having to search for my gym and log in every time is a complete drag. Can't see my previous memberships any more...I could name several more terrible changes. I'd recommend going back to the drawing board. "if it's not broken don't fix it" Over engineering and changes for no point or improvement on old app.

Terrible interface and not responsive. The app lags when I try to return to the schedule screen after booking a class, and exiting/restarting is faster. I can't turn off email notifications. The way the schedule page is designed is really confusing! Not only does it lag when I try to scroll through dates, it's not clear what date I'm reviewing. It's shocking how bad the UX is. The delayed response when I cancel or book a class has caused me to accidentally book/cancel classes. Very disappointed!

After updating to the new version and selecting the gym which I go to, the app just hangs after I try to go back to the classes. Have tried rebooting my phone as well as reinstalling the app. Update: So they said the issues were with the gym's settings and configuration on the app. And it works now. So updated the rating to 3 stars from 1.

I keep having to log in to my app repeatedly and it does not remember the studio I had selected. This is even after my login details are saved in the app and it is extremely annoying. = Updated = Even after the app updates, I do not remain logged in permanently. It works at times, and at other times, I have to log in each time I open the app.

Doesn't have a feature to cancel a subscription. Customer service not helpful and say it's up to the suppliers. Can't even remove my card. Good luck if you ever want to cancel!

It was working perfectly but now all this week it won't show me class times to book, it says no classes scheduled but I know there are classes on as I can see them and book them in my gyms website.

Constructive feedback: state the number of people signed up before and after booking (this was changed to what we want, but now states you are booked, useless, please change it back). Moving from the timetable to classes with fewer steps and stay on the date you've just booked or looked at instead of going to the current date. Ability to pay for membership renewals prior to end date to book classes ahead. Yet again they don't state the people enrolled in classes. So annoying

Some recent update has forced me to choose my gym and re-login to the app everyday. The prompt for setting up biometric login also doesn't work - clicking on it does nothing and I can't find a setting to do it manually. Please fix this bug! Update for 19 Nov: no more login issue but now it gets stuck at the splash screen saying "First let's find your studio" for maybe 10 minutes or more before it loads anything. :(

Updated: now you can't even pay for subscription with funny error message!!! It's so bad I felt compelled to write a review. To book a single class you need to press so many buttons it becomes a challenge. Then to go back to the list you need to hit more and more buttons.... Login is required every time, even to check your bookings... Why? Everything takes ages and ages, so frustrating... :: Update made it worse, now you only see 1 day at a time and moving between days is such a pain!!!

It works great for booking classes. The only downfall is that it won't let me upload my photo. It keeps saying error and gives me option to relaunch or quit app. Even after doing so, the app freezes up. Does this happen only to Android phones?

App was great until the latest update, where you removed the option to book past the next week (even on unlimited nembership). Please change it back. A lot of people are unhappy that they can't book in advance, particularly for high demand classes. Getting quite a few other errors I never got before too.

i mostly really like the app, book all my clases through it. i had an issue with my bookings not appearing in my bookings tab, but developers responded very quickly and sorted problem. i would like ability to book multiple classes in one go, rather than one at a time which hopefully is on the way.

The update is bad. I already had issues with notifications before. Now, still no notifications, need to find the studio and log in every single time, picking a calendar day doesn't always work, can't see how many people are booked for a class if I have it booked...

Cannot load after multiple reinstallations and restarting my phone. After booking a class you can't go back to the last page, instead it takes you back to the home page for the studio which makes booking multiple classes a pain. You also cannot buy multiple single credits at once, just one at a time. Buying options should be integrated with booking like Mindbody so you don't have to leave the date you want booked, buy the credit, then go find it again. Will update rating if fixed.

Like a lot of other reviews, I think the older version was much better: now we have to find the club and log on every single time, the screen is freezing whenever I book a class, I can't see how many people have already booked, etc. Where is the update you mentioned?

Very cumbersome and inefficient. E.g. I want to book a swim session. The local pool has 4 Lanes, 2 people per lane. Instead of just letting me book a session, or join the waitlist for the first spot to open up, I have to book the specific lane, or join the waitlist for each lane. After joining each waitlist the app takes me back to the top of today's schedule so I have to scroll down and find the next waitlist to join. If I get a place, it expects me to remove myself from all the waitlists.

I also can no longer get onto the app to book my classes at the gym I've mentioned it to them and they haven't got a clue. I also uninstalled the app and re installed it and it still keeps coming up error. So I wouldnt reccomend this app at all as no one seems to want to sort the problem out.

It's ok for an app, my exercise studio only has this as an option. Suggested improvements specifically related to the 'add to calendar' feature include: 1) When on a waitlist for a class, and when that waitlist comes through, the app updates/notifies the calendar app. (Confirmed waitlists don't get added to calendar) 2) when booked in a class and the booking is cancelled again this is replicated in my calendar. (Cancelled bookings are not removed)
