Please fix the app. I can't make any changes to my watch because the app crashes so frequently. Whatever the update was did not fix stability issues, it made them way worse! The app won't work for more than about 15 seconds before it crashes. That is just enough time for it to sync with the watch. The app is now useless.
This app has, many times had difficulty reconnecting after a brief separation. But the new version shuts itself off 30 sec. after startup, over and over and wont stay on. Whoever your programmer is, they should be ashamed. I have never seen worse. It has been over a month since I wrote that review and there have been no changes or improvements whatsoever. They obviously don't care.
App is awful. Should've known the first time I opened it and all the directions and descriptions were broken English with tons of grammatical errors. Watch works well for steps and notifications, but no way the temperature, blood oxygen or blood pressure readings are correct as mine always hover around the same exact readings no matter what. If you need a step counter that can vibrate when you get a notification this is great, other than that pretty useless.
Terrible app. I scanned my phone qr, it tells me to rescan. I put the phone ON TOP of the watch and it says the watch isnt close enough. I do the troubleshooting, same result. There is no other way to set the time or date on the watch. Horrific app, at least I have what I need until I can get with a more reputable watch and app combination.
Watch is awesome even though you can't make calls and answer texts. I would really recommend this watch if the app was better! Like please fix the issues with this app. This product is too good to have an app that's this f'ed up. The Bluetooth function ain't picking up the app and the app needs to be Uninstalled and re-installed every time you want to rebind the watch to get notifications. Get it together ppl.
Worked fantastic at first does exactly what i wanted. Then it had issues with not showing the weather any more on the watch face. The app keeps crashing when i try syncing my watch. And most annoying is when i have to update the app it clears all my data and i have to reinsert all my info ie gender height weight etc everytime. Right now its just being used as a watch very dissapointed 😞😠
App IS NOT sending notificatio s to the watch. I have been backwards and forwards in the app and phone settings but can't figure it out. The documentation for the app isn't very clear because it uses generic instructions for a Samsung phone. Some of the settings do not even exist in my phone. Thankfully I received a link to a video to set my app and wach up.
I'm using a Kieslect K10 watch. Although, it doesn't seem to be an issue connecting to the watch but it has some serious issues. For example, 1. Realtime call & message notification is super delayed. 2. Sync fails with watch faces (not all) when I try to sync with any watchface and then I have to reset my watch every time because binding gets disabled.
Disappointing.... The device is cool but you can't adjust the readings or calibrate it thru software. This app should allow you to make "corrections" to each of the readings (Blood press, heart beats, body temperature) so that it can be adjusted to reflect readings from properly calibrated medical devices. That would fix the deficiencies in this app. Also, design your own watch faces and rearrange the display to move items around the Watch face: beats, kCal, pressur
Used to be okay-ish. App has had an update and now can't get into it at all, so pretty pointless even having it. I suppose I can manually record my steps but that isn't the point of buying the watch and installing the App. Should just be able to log in and doesn't want to know at all. Rubbish and pointless
The app has a little icon that stays on my phone screen all the time, which is super annoying. The data that the app collected in the past days also will never load, so I am not able to compare my steps and the other data the fitness watch supposedly collects. I really want to see my history, and it looks like I should but I may give up because every time I try it doesn't work. I could have gotten a much less expensive step tracker.
Very inaccurate, every day it records at least 5 hours as sleeping when I'm awake. I have never been able to use the music part of it, and the weather is always wrong compared to my phone. I've found that if I don't keep removing the watch, my wrist itches and turns a rusty brown colour. Not what I wanted but, the clock is extremely accurate
Not happy! When there is an update you have to go thru the whole process to get the app working again which should NOT happen, it's an UPDATE and should just sync without having to try login over & over which never seems to happen!! Very disappointed in the app and wish I had purchased a different watch.
The app is complicated but that's what I like. I read other reviews and finally everything works apart from phone finding my watch, yes not the other way around. The watch only vibrates. No sound. It finds my phone, shows climate and I can pick up calls. Notifications from my Samsung washing machine, yes you read it right.
Worked well until when it appears to have had a system upgrade. Can now no longer access the app which means I cannot operate or reset the watch. Very disappointing especially as there appears to be alot of customers with the same issue and no response from the manufacturer. I appreciate you get what you pay for but I don't need an all singing and dancing watch.
It's OK. I don't know that I would give it much more than that. The only reason I use it is because it's the app that "came with" my Spade and Co watch. Developers need to add a map format to the workouts if you use your watch for workout. If you start it with your app, you can see the map...but not with watch(and most of the time the app won't sync to start a workout anyway!). Super disappointing. Just one of the many issues I have that I have not seen commented on.
Not a good app at all. Won't connect to weather. It is stuck on weather from months ago. Only thinks I sleep after midnight everyday can not tell app you were sleeping. I only use this app because it came with the watch and I can not get any other app to work with the watch. Love the Spade &Co watch, but the app they choose to use, (this one) stinks.
Updated: while using the watch requiring this App for More than a month now, I did, finally, discover how to turn off the irritating notifications mentioned below - should be easier to find... However, this App still has issues. ⭐⭐⭐ Original Review: ⭐ The FULL PAGE MAXIMUM VOLUME ALERT FOR DAILY REPORTS IS THE MOST OBNOXIOUS THING on my phone's 150+ Apps. Tell me, or give the app, a way to simply use a phone's built-in notifications system for that and I will gladly add more Stars.
The app seemed to have worked when I first got my watch but in the last 2 plus months it constantly crashes and I can't get it to sync because it keeps crashing therefore none of the information is reading correctly. Very frustrating. I wouldn't use this app if I had another choice. I may just use the watch and delete app.
The app is pretty good. It connects and syncs easily and reliably to my watch. The cardio heart rate, sleep analysis seems fairly accurate though the starting time for sleep is totally wrong in occasion s giving start sleep readings if 01:00. Blood pressure readings utterly false, inaccurate and possibly misleadingly dangerous. Little variation ever recorded. If you alter your age and weight the pressure readings alter too! It's a pity because apart from this it's the best app I've used.
