Please fix your app's bugs, because it's honestly embarassing. The experience is good, and I am a premium user. But I'm honestly fed up with the flaws of your system. PC and phone app don't connect, so if I order something, from my account, using my pc, I don't know when it'll arrive, because I can only follow the order on my phone, which does not sync the info with the PC. It's really embarassing how you've reached this success and still have an app with these flaws.

Using glovo mostly for groceries such as Biedronka. The app is terrible in terms of user experience. Adding items is very slow. The store tells you it's open then after you spend time completing your order it tells you it's not possible, you can't even save the list and have to do it all over again. Not to mention a ton of cancellations twenty minutes before the order was supposed to come. It is really infuriating. The only positive are the delivery drivers who are always kind and helpful.

There's a lot to improve. I would like to see people's review of the places, sometimes there's a overcapacity at the restaurants and the delivery is late I think we have the technology for the restaurant to set a limit of requests per hour or half hour or so, some restaurants the carrier is independent and it doesn't give you an update this cases should be clear for the user to know. Lots of times orders are late or don't arrive at all.

When there is a promotion or something similar, there is a notification at the bottom. If you start adding items to your cart you can't checkout because you can't tap the shopping cart which is under the promotion notification. If you tap the promotion you are redirected to a different screen and your shopping cart is cleared. I'm giving just 1 star due to the fact that many updates came without addressing this issue. There are many other issues but this one is the most annoying.

I had problems with the address function in the app and as a result was charged a full cancellation fee (~80eur). I spoke with customer service who refused to accept the cost due to their error and then they proceeded to cancelled my account. As a long time user of Glovo I am disappointed in their customer service as well as this app glitch which caused this.

Sometimes annoying problems with payment as they get stuck in a loop or ask for my card approval, but generally never had much problems with it. I contacted support few times and they were very nice and helpful, so I don't know about all those negative comments. I use Glovo very often, great service and lots of options.

For the most part it is satisfactory. However there is room for improvement. Like someone else has stated, it would have been efficient if I could pick several things from different stores the finally be able to check out and pay for everything as a whole instead of shopping from stores one store at a time.

Changing it to 1 star. I used to receive i formation regarding missing/replaced products. Now that was changed and you only get a disclaimer when you order. If you place an order with 2 products, one consisting of 99% of the total cost and it happens that the product is missing, you pay delivery fees and possibly extra charge for going below minimum amount and only know about it when it gets delivered and you get that other product that was part of the order.

I cannot recommend this application. My latest order for 37.30 PLN was from McDonald's, and I used a free delivery code. However, only later did I notice that with BLIK, I actually paid 39.40 PLN. The negative review is not for those 2 PLN, but for the discrepancy the end user is not clearly informed about. When I tried to open the in-app help window, it only said "unknown error", and the app crashed. Very poor experience overall.

What use does the "pay with cash" option have, when each and every order will then require you to enter a credit card??? I'm sick of having to enter everything I want to order, just for it to say "oops, we need to steal your credit card to confirm your order" - blah blah blah.. This app is nothing more than a creative credit card theft scam, and it should be taken down.

Like everything else in Portugal, pretends to deliver quality services but is dysfunctional at it's core. They offer the option (which would be great because uber eats doesn't do that) to pay in cash, but that is ONLY if the restaurant accepts that method, which there's 0 way to know if it's the case or not because there's no sorting option. So i keep trying and get refused by all restaurants, so their cash option isn't really an option, it's just a cosmetic apparatus that doesn't do anything

You pay for glovo prime because you say its a good app and then you realize all the delivery apps dont put more money then the menu is, on glovo the same menu is with 2€ more because its glovo you guys are the worst! All the prices are a lot more expensive then the restaurant or other delivery apps!And if you dont have prime you pay the delivery 2€ plus the 2 or 3 €depend on the menu put extra from glovo so they end up with a free menu in cash! Trolls!

Very far from user-friendly. You cannot expect on which language the next page will be; there's no way to select text to translate even by external means; no way to evaluate the weight, volume or calories of your order. Disappointment at its purest.

Delivery time gets pushed back constantly, now more than an 1h 15 minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered. Both buttons to contact support in the app only produce an error message. Very frustrating experience.

Incredibly poor service once there is a problem with an order. 30€ of food arriving an hour late and cold and we received a standard 5€ credit. Add that to a frustrating UX and it's time to look for alternatives.

Awful and buggy app! I tried setting my phone number and it kept resetting to British numbers despite me repearedly tapping that it was Swedish. After pressing confirm the app crashed. Persisted on restarts. Their assistance page having the word 'help' in the title is a joke, because all it does is redirect you around the app! Not to mention, the UI is hideous! Who designed this? It just looks bad.

It's a very fast and great service! Though, I wish if they fixed the bug in the translation system and improved it. I have to open up the translation app and translate every sentence from Georgian to English to be able to grasp on what the menu states. Overall, I love this app!

I want to get food and the app defaults opening to one restaurant. I cannot even see any other restaurant. When I go and and pay it is a hit and miss, sometimes the app fails but keeps retrying forever. I once did not have enough money on my bank account and the app didn't want to proceed - after adding money to my account and going back to the app I couldn't retry the payment because it was still stuck in a loop trying to execute the previous failed payment. I hate using Glovo cause of this app

This app is made 90% only for native speakers. Before the last update translation could work on restaurant pages, but now it doesn't at all! Especially can't understand what was added at the checkout. As for its Users this app is hilariously user-unfriendly. For example, if the restaurant's stopped accepting orders while you try to place it, there's no message about it, but "sorry, some items ain't available". And minutes later the whole app is gone with empty homepage. What?!

Very very bad service. Couriers are almost always rude and never carry change with them, even if it was asked in order. Even as a 'prime' paying user, on some deliveries they 'forget' that I'm supposed to get free delivery

The app for Nigeria, It makes absolutely no sense that for every extra portion bought on the app, I have to pay for an extra pack. Let's disregard the extra plastic you are offering which is not good for the environment then of course the vendors understand that an extra portion doesn't equate to an extra pack, I then end up being forced to pay for a pack and then not get it. Absolutely absurd! If this is not fixed, it's likely to be a deal breaker for users

I had to reinstall the app and now i can't log in. Even on the desktop version, i don't receive the phone verification code (either by text or call), and of course, there is no way to contact support. Give us a way to contactsupport even if we are not logged in for situations like this.
