Glow ­Ovulation & Fertility

Disappointed isn't even the word, I've been using this app for years and with each update more send more features have been locked away. It's too the point now where the app is pretty useless to me. Thankfully I regularly use two apps so all my data won't be lost when I delete the app.

I get the need for ads on the free plan but getting a pop up for premium after every single click or tap is a bit ridiculous. There are better ways to advertise without being so unbelievably frustrating. I can't even imagine the user experience using screen reading software. Been using almost a decade and considering switching.

Buyer beware!! I really liked this app and the ease of using it. I have been using the app since 2017. Last Sept they sent me an offer to purchase the app out right instead of continuing to pay the monthly fee. I paid the 1 time charge to buy the app and they have continued to charge me the monthly fee every month. I filed a dispute and they have refused to refund any of my money! **Update: after posting the initial review they contacted me and refunded me the amount the owed me.

This app isn't user friendly. There's just too much going on and none of it is actually helpful. I tried premium thinking it might make the app more useful. It did not. I then got charged for premium because I couldn't figure out how to cancel. (It says play subscriptions but I don't have any active subscriptions showing.) So I'm just hoping it doesn't renew next year. Fertility friend is so much more helpful.

The adds are RELENTLESS! I get it, I could upgrade to premium. I don't want to. Please stop shoving it down my throat literally 7, 8, 9, 10 times when I try to enter a log in the free version. How about mention it once each time I log in, and then BACK OFF!

Why is it so confusing to use the app after the latest upgrade? I should be able to click on a day to enter symptoms, info, etc without it jumping to a premium / chance of fertility screen. I can't even describe the frustration. Awful changes. What you say is a fix to address issues has made it complicated to use. No longer user friendly.

I've used Glow since 2014, but as many have said, the app has become way too cluttered with ads and buttons pushing the premium version. I hate opening the app to log my cycles because it's so obnoxious. Sacrificing user friendliness for self-promotion on an app that many women rely on for their health is just unnacceptable. Mentioning premium 15 times on each tab won't want to make me switch to premium any more than mentioning it 1 time on each tab.

I do not like the new changes you made to how it looks. I only picked this app out of all of them because it was the most visually appealing to log everything on. It really is hideous, everything else is fine I guess I can't look past how visually unappealing it's become

The app keeps closing out. It's happening every time I get on on it. It's up to date. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache etc but nothing seems to work

I have been using this app for a long time and I have loved it, however the newest update has made it frustrating to use. When you click on the calendar and click on a day to add a log, it switches you to the chart tab while also giving you a pop up to add a period or not. Then if you say no thanks, you are then left on the chart tab and have click the log tab. It's was much more user friendly before this update. I really wish you would change it so it doesn't do this.

A great app for insight into your cycle Including symptoms/predictions as well as how likely you are to get certain ailments based on your previous logs. I have used both the free version and premium and I'd highly recommend the premium as it gives you a much clearer picture. There's lots of stats, charts and logs to keep even the smallest of changes logged and tracked.

Worstttttttttttttt app. It used to be so easy. But now all it do is show ads and offer about it's upgrades. So hard to save periods in calendar.

Wish the app was more intuitive and less crowded with ads and articles. I wish there was a way to turn all the features on and off.

Fine. Like others say, the ads make sense but completely detract from the app usage. It truly makes me want to get the paid version less.

I use to love this app till it suddenly stopped showing the percentage of your fertility. Now it just says low medium or high with a little graph. I paid for the premium version thinking it would fix that but it hasn't, complete waste of money. I wrote to customer service but no one ever got back to me.

This app is hard to use. So much pay stuff and add subscription pop ups make it too difficult to find what and get to where you can actually log. Would not recommend.

Everytime I go to make a post in the TTC community this app makes my keyboard freeze up & won't let me finish typing/adding in the letters to my questions. It types the letters suuuuper slow then it completely freezes & a pop up that says the app isn't working correctly & it'll ask me to close the app. This also happens in the glow pregnancy app as well. Please fix. I shouldn't have to write my post somewhere else copy and paste it to glow forum because it won't let me type? PLEASE fix.
