Glucose Buddy : Diabetes Log

Awful. I have spent an hour just trying to add foods. At first it wasn't clear how to get them to save to my log. Then it changedy breakfast to lunch and would not let me change it. Now I put in the snacks I had three times, but it keeps dropping items! Now it has changed all myeals and snacks to the current time. Frustrating, difficult to use, and obviously faulty.

I paid for the premium plan last year but I've had problems! I've deleted the app several times and loaded it many times but it still tells me I have the basic plan. I even tried to email them but it got returned to me so I'd like someone to contact me and tell me why it doesn't recognize my premium account and give me a credit since I'm definitely not getting what I paid for!

Too gltchy... if the free version doesnt work properly i will never consider a paid version. Some log inputs wouldnt save and others would show up in the wrong place. Cant afford to waste any more time on this app. Looks like a great app and would help me control my blood glucose but way too buggy. Too bad. Hopefully they work out the bugs.

it worked perfect on my i phone. But after i switched to samsung it is no good. The meal time keeps changing to the time when i open app. Also i am not able to put in halves (0.5; 2.5) for humolog.

Looks like a nice UX but seems really buggy. I just downloaded and can't delete a 'carb' entry from the log...long press asks if I want to delete but the entry remains. Also if I want to edit a carb entry and 'add food', it takes me to some screen asking to enter in my goals. I was able to log my glucose levels accurately but entering and editing food is really problematic so I don't recommend this app if you need that feature.

Not sure what happened...I have a new android phone and thiss app worked fine at first but now it won't even launch without an error and then closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with the same result. Glucose Buddy has stopped...Not happy with the update. Will be using a more stable app from now on.

I needed this app as I am newly diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Trying to log my food literally worked one out of ten times. I even enrolled in the premium version and it still didn't work. I tried this for five days, no fixes to the glitches. I don't have time to deal with these kinds of issues that are happening to many others too. Don't waste your time, look for another app that properly logs your carbs.

It still works but the old version was simple, intuitive, and functional. This prioritizes looks over function, isn't as intuitive or simple, and many things are now behind a partial paywall. The new app seems like it's main design goal is to push the paid membership.

Ads Practically Yell at You. EVERY SCREEN in the start up process had display blocking pages warning "save your health" by buying into their pay service (sorry, I have a doctor, I don't need an an app diagnosing me). Had I seen ONE screen of their app, I may have been able to decide whether I would like to use it. BUT if this is how they treat people while trying to earn their business, and TRUST, no thanks. Learn some manners, and sell your app on it's merits. It felt like a used car lot.

SCAM! I signed up for free trial. I also cancelled it in the same day because the app doesnt allow you to do what it advertises. Its not user friendly. I got charged for the yearly automatically even though I cancelled it. I had to re-cancel it just now because I just found out it was not cancelled. There is no way to contact them and Google wont do anything. Dont do this. its a scam. I wont even be using it and yet they are taking my $40 and running and laughing to the bank.

GARBAGE!! After the update, this app will not allow you to edit the time that you took medicine. Many times it will also save information twice. It has the ability to save medicine dosage for repeated use. However, you must increase or decrease the dosage, then correct the dosage to show that you took the medicine. I only use this app to simply keep record of when I take medicine and my glucose numbers. This app doesn't even do that well! It seems that other apps by Azumio do not work well also.

Love the app, but would not recommend upgrading to the premium. I paid the $39.99 and my A1C was completely off when I went to the doctor. I did see any other benefits to the premium service. I canceled my subscription before the automatic renewal.

Great app initially, so good even that i subscribed to it to have access to the reporting. Well.... the report is there, just can't read it as it is too small. no function to enlarge or zoom nor email out. There seem a tiny button that says print... Print where too. nothing hapoens. Just fix this or advice me how

Seizure warning. After setting up an account there are a bunch of flashing ads that try to get you to subscribe to premium. The basic has fewer features than a pen and paper book but with the added "fun" of ads everywhere and constant popups

First impression, the food library is terrible. I tried looking for a standard on the menu chicken & bacon ranch sandwich from subway. Not there. I have been trying out numerous apps to find one I like, and this one has by far the worst food library.

Used the old version for years. Annoying the old version wouldn't alphabetize your food or medicine lists. Upgraded today and couldn't see anything intuitively. Uninstalled and now I don't even have the old version to use.

Have purchased premium and have to uninstall and reinstall the app DAILY to log in food and exercise. This was such a great app when it worked. I did communicate with tech support. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Well every other day makes this product more difficult than useful.

UI is absymal. The save button means nothing. I spend 10x as much time trying to get everything entered than I do actually measuring my blood sugars. This app has incredibly high potential and I don't want to give up on it but the UI is aggravating.

I love this app because I can add glucose and meds and anything I need anytime, because I have it on my phone so it is always near me. It also syncs with my tablet so I can record on either device without needing to add info in two places.

I usually never leave reviews, but I feel I have to here. Absolutely horrible service on this app. First I thought you had to pay to share reports, then I find out you can't and no way to reach out to technical support as when I click there it says page cannot be found. I wanted to see if there was any way to get a refund because I don't need any of the other features. I've now decided to go with a different app. terrible service.

Do Not Buy! This is a very difficult app to input data into. I can't figure out how to input and view food eaten. It is just not user friendly so I basically wasted $40. Thank you to the developer for responding. But I really don't have time to work out the issues with this app. We don't buy apps and then expect to have to troubleshoot for hours. Can you please refund my money?
