Every time I try to log into the app, it says my session has expired and wants me to log back in. I can't do anything with the app because it won't keep me logged in for more than 3 seconds. VERY frustrating.
Was functional when I first started using the app......Now doesn't load VIN numbers stock #s....shows nothing can't see anything can't see window stickers NOTHING......FIX THIS......I closed more deals when it WORKED!!!!....I can't even go on global connect to see window stickers on the website....How am I going to show customers info on the car if it can't be pulled?.... I'm a very resourceful employee, but like cmon this is ridiculous
Plenty of info, but painfully slow to navigate and use. Almost useless if you're trying to get information on the fly.
Painfully Slow, by the time this app comes up and selecting the vehicle, customer has already walked away. Sad how the people who created this app still have a job. I guess instead of making profits, people high up prefer ass-kissing.
The updated app works great. My Galaxy J7 has not experienced any issues with updated version. Really cool app.
Very glichy and often closes itself saying app not responding. There's so much potential with this app, please fix it.
Good idea but repeatedly crashes when trying to send email to text of vehicle info. PLEASE FIX ASAP!
Does not have the right specs, dimensions, or does not load package information. I can get the information easier by googling it
Tech team was awesome in helping me through the issue I had with my phone! Love being able to use this app!!!
It just states something went wrong and they tell you the app has a NEW update please delete old app and reinstall 3.7.1 but this does nothing?!?

Seriously? Make this a useable tool please. Way too cumbersome. Just want to do locates and send videos to customers. All the resources GM has and this is what they come up with??

Great app. Very helpful to the Automotive Sales rep. I can't do my job without it.
I work at a store with all brands. The DSA application is a requirement for vehicle knowledge that I can not retain. We have 70 makes of vehicles and used. Please fix the spec the information missing under Specs for the 2020 HD trucks. Both Capacity and Dimensions have a no data listed. DSA tells me that is has had an error retrieving the information. It would also be nice to see horsepower and torque numbers for the Diesel. We sell the Diesel trucks 50 to 1 over the gas. I have a Samsung S9.
App doesn't work when emailing info to a customer. Another GM issue.

Can't find info needed
Don't install, I've installed it twice to get pass the "your session has expired" and still doesn't work. Also l've looked the newer rev without any success. Worked great when first used, but you need to log out before you get locked out!
