It's a pretty decent app. I blindly followed the instructions and lost 3 KG(6.8 lbs)in 1 week. It would be great if not asked for login. And if possible add some good recipes.
I follow it but didn't loss 8kg in one week.....I loss 2kg....😔😔 And I have suggestion.. There must b alternate fruit vegetable protein etc if seasonal food cant be find And also mention low calories food Rich protein food And beneficial food during this time I find vegetables day was extra tough for me so there must b some alternate that may n followed... Thanks Over all it good ...👍
It's a good app. Very simple to follow and it worked for me. I lost weight and I feel like I had loads of energy. And to top it off, it changed my habits into eating more vegetables.
Very good diet plan awesome.But you should include chapaties and daily food as well.other than that i want to say excellent.
This app is very good .... For Day 5, 6 and 7 i have read to include animal protien like beef. But you have more veg options only. Apart from that....best app for GM Diet

this app is good but there is any replacement of watermelon because it's not available in winters??
Hey....I am going to start my diet tomorrow....I so I'd not know it will work or not.....but I believe...to lose up to 8 kgs from this app....so one question ...can I substitute tomato ketchup with tomatoes.....cuz I hate tomatoes....they taste weird!:((( pls reply soon to start tomorrow!!! And also what can I substitute with sprouts and broccoli's

Why can't you use this if your diabetic ima diabetic and I don't see the harm in it to lose a few lbs
The app is good. But it will be great if you add replacement for watermelon as it is not available in winter(i had orange.is it fine?). Also can I replace red kidney beans with any other beans? On second day can I eat more than one potato? Can i replace tofu and soya chunks with meat? What to replace sprouts with??
I just now installed this app & read through to see what it's like. It would be better if they had what time to eat and drink since its got a recommended 16 or more glasses per day. Also needs measurements for the food. Example would be like two cups of watermelon. I will have to start in about two days because I don't gave most of these. Wish it had fish or something other then tofu. Not a fan taste like rubber.
