I work for Chevy and supposed to use this app but camera does not scan the bar codes I'm using a android Google pixel 3 xl
It's okay. it asked for certain numbers but doesn't let you know how to locate these numbers
Forced me to do an update. Now the app doesn't open. Less than helpful.
Updated the app. Now everytime I sign into it the app crashes.

It works ok but lots of bugs locks us out and doesn't submit giving multiple errors
I like the app. It is nice to provide an answer while the customer is still at the dealership. PRA team has done a great job for me and our dealership.
The app is usually very easy to use, my only suggestion would be to allow us as service managers to email a copy to our desktop so I can put it in a file folder that I had been able to do previously.
Cant upload pics from phone. Had to waste clients time and have them return due to images not labeled (turns out 3 post it notes pointing at area isnt clear). Email CSMT operators dont know procedures. Horrible app and a waste of my time and clients. Not open Saturdays but service is making clients very unhappy to return during the week.
Can't upload pictures, can only get them if you take a picture at the time
Can not save photos taken from camera roll. Then pictures taken in the app while filling out a PRA will not save. Just takes a pic and then goes back to camera again. Please rectify
This app doesn't work correctly. It logs me out after or during taking pictures of the issue I'm sending to to get preautherized. Please fix.
Your app constantly crashes. Sent the techs a email when you approve something so we can send it to service management
Usually app doesn't work and the 800 number is no help
I hate this app! I cant stand getting all these notifications about upcoming recalls! please fix it so I can turn that function off
This app is the worst! I would have gave a 0 if it was possible. They should go back to where you download pictures from phone.
Does not work. Can't check on updates of claims submitted, app closes out randomly.
Does not always update the recall info. It gives you a notice but does not show the new recall
Terrible, closes out as soon as you try to look at PRA history.
Why is there only three options for components lol seat cover, wheel, and mirrors? Why not brakes or wipers or oil leaks?
App works fantastic to provide required information to the appropriate Teams.
I wish it was an app in global connect that I could take pictures and put on my computer then send to gm ☹️

App closes on its own before it will send PRA, very frustrating when you have to approve a part replacement and app does not even work
