Thos app is convenient to use, and quite simple. I have the same problem with notifications not informing of upcoming payments. If I login it will give me notifications but I find that a bit useless, considering I'm logging in to check status. If that can get fixed I will change it to a 4 star rating because overall I do like the app. One thing I think would be cool is if you could put a pic of your car on the profile, make it a bit more personalized.
Horrible app doesn't even begin to describe it. If I could pay my car off now I would. App constantly has issues and forces you to call customer service to get anything done. Not only that, but IF you do pay over the amount of your monthly payment, it just gets applied to the next month. GM stopped offering principal only payments....
Absolute junk if you are trying to do anything like actually log in to pay your note, redirect your info to a new dealership, actually call customer service, etc. Other than that, it's a fine app. /s
For the most part, the app is fine. I appreciate the convenience for making payments. Ive been using it for almost 3 yrs and my only complaints are: 1) the notice reminder messages don't appear until I log into the app to make a payment; 2) the logout button is in an odd place and I always have to look for it -- it should be on the home page or available after the payment is made.
decent for making payments. the pay with rewards points needs to be fixed. it will not let me click on it
Worst experience ever with an app!! It hardly ever lets me log in, and when it does, it shuts down repeatedly. If I'm able to stay in the app long enough to check on the details of my lease, it doesn't actually let me update anything or check my buyout value. To make it worse, every time I log in, I get spammed with emails and phone calls from their sales department!
Tells me amount due but doesn't take it out with auto pay. The amount due then doubles. No response to my chat request. Very poorly designed app, especially for a Cadillac. More like for a Yugo.
Worst experience I Ever had! They double charge , they never answer phones 30+ hold times. While on hold constant annoying messages that don't inform of time remaining and repeat non stop. When your tired of being on hold, they will text but, will charge and waste more time and money thru not asking proper information to gain more money from wasting your time. Also avoid when they make a mistake and state thru text message they owe you money exspect to wait a month or more to get it back.!!!!
Biometric login broken. Scan your fingerprint and then you are asked for password. Touch "login with Biometric" and go thru the same loop endlessly. Saves password but when you touch "login" it erases the saved password and asks you to input it again. About the dumbest login experience imaginable. Been broken 5 months & no fix! App doesn't reflect timely account info. Cars sold/paid off linger in app. New cars take weeks to show up. To trust a finance app,it needs to be accurate in real time.
Dashboard does not reflect up to date info accurately. It's been off for at least 3-4 months
I downloaded the app last month. It kept telling me my log in info was incorrect. So I thought it was glitching. Came back this month, its still saying my info is wrong. I've changed my password and everything. It just isn't working.
Autopay has been down for maintenance for 2 weeks and can't get an answer to when it will work again. So much for paying off my loan early
Garbage. Would be great if I could actually register & not keep getting frozen when I hit finish. Have tried numerous times on different devices. All I wanted to to do is quickly make a payment.
Very easy to make payment. And secured. But when we pay over the amount. It should automatically go straight to the principal, without us having to call it in.
It worked good for me until i tried to login and the login button doesnt work anymore.
Easy to use. The only thing I dont like is that you can't screenshot some things. But it's very manageable to use and navigate through the app. Every easy to set up.
User friendly app but doesn't actually let me use biometric login. The option is there and I have it activated but when I put my fingerprint in and click "log in" it clears out the password box and you have to type it in anyways.
Payments are easy but I have to reset password every time!

They are money Hungry and lie to u. I wreak my vehicle on Christmas eve which had full insurance and gap insurance so called about 5 times for them to send documents over 4 gap insurance they keep saying they did.find out they didn't.Then told me to stop paying now there saying to keep paying. Even tho my insurance company gave them a check they never took it off my balance. The total loss said it's other Apartment that says that which doesn't make scents it a Company they all should be page
App is useless! Once an account is setup they are supposed to send an email verification, but it was never sent, I contacted customer support which was not very helpful (over an hour wait time), they were only able to confirm that they are experiencing technical difficulties, so now I have to revert to old fashioned snail mail to pay my bill.
I have never had any problems with the app. It is so easy to use and very convenient! Those of you complaining obviously have other issues going on. Thank you GM!!
Highly annoying the app has no option for in-app notifications for upcoming payments.
This App is down very often! If you call customer service to make your payment they want to charge you a fee.🤬🤬🤬
I love it. It gives me access to all my car financing info. Also I'm able to pay my car Note with no problem

I'm just trying to pay for my car and you guys won't even let me complete my account!!! I've confirmed my email more than 5 times. I've contacted you guys!!! I need you guys to somehow rip up my contract so that I can return my vehicle because you guys won't let me pay. I can't believe this is a "company"
App crashes on launch. After relaunching automatically, you cant sign in. Fingerprint sign in is broken and says incorrect password. When you try to type a password, the box doesnt respond to touch and won't let you type in it. Clicking the login button sometimes crashes the app. App is decent once you actually get logged in, but it's almost impossible to get in.
Edit: After multiple calls and time on the phone, GM made it right and reimbursed the fees. However, it wasn't easy, but, rather stressful and timely process. I do appreciate them taking care of the issue though! I've never missed a payment and always paid a little extra. To ensure seamless transition, I updated automatic payment two week prior to the due date and called to confirm. They still charged old bank account and caused multiple overdraft fees.
