Used to be good. Every 2 minutes you are asked to confirm your preferences. It makes the app annoying and unusable. If you search for a product and look at one of the results on say, page 5, when you press back (to the search results), you go back to page 1 every time. It makes shipping long, tedious and annoying. I suspect the Korean app doesn't suffer from these issues!

The app itself is pretty useful for foreigners. However there are occasional issues where you will asked repeatedly to give your "system preferences" about what currency you want displayed and such. The interferes with you viewing the item you wish to purchase. There is also the occasional error that prevents you from looking into subcategories as well. Overall, it's decent but needs more support on a technical front.

This app is barely functional. Everything about it is too slow. The most offending thing is the search bar. After I click to search for something, it takes literally 5-10 seconds load the keyboard. Recently it has even crashed the app just when I try to search for some product. The fact that this is considered one of the best online shopping apps in Korea tells you everything you need to know about the state of Korean web development.

Used to work well. When I click checkout and I need to edit an address by clicking "Change address" in address search, the screen turns white and I cannot search for the address. Checked with my friend who has an Iphone and it works well. Currently not working well on my Samsung android phone. Hoping you can fix it soon

Can you please fix the pop-up issue with the app; I've reported this for the last 5 months, & you've done nothing to fix it.. Issue: if you've already set a preference as Korea or if you're logged into your acct you repeatedly get a pop-up requesting that you select a shipping or country preference. & whatever country is already selected as your preference in your profile, is not an option for you to select in the pop-up. This pop-up repeats ever 4 seconds & freezes the app.

This app is great, being the only way to get any food or products while in quarantine as a foreigner in Korea. However, if something goes wrong with the delivery of an item, they will string you along with "waiting for updates" without processing a refund or having the issuing company send the product, so if you don't receive an item, you're basically out of luck and just lose the money

Meh, it works.. For an ebay company I'd initially expected a lot more. You might not love ebay, but they have developed a pretty competent application. This is not that. However, for English language shopping/delivery it'll get the job done. Unfortunately recently the app has taken a turn for the worse. It seems like their web monkeys have either forgotten about us or forgot how to configure the load balancer and now about 3 out of 4 queries land on a 404 page. Very frustrating. So, meh...

I just installed and trying to check some products. For start this are the issue I am facing in mobile app - 1.Back option is not working everytime I click the back option after checkimg the product it takes me to same first page again, same thing happens when when you load the page again. 2. more filter and diversifcation option right now its just high rating , price thats it. There is no brand , selection by option like - office , casual, gym , business etc , pack . You have to scroll a lot.

Also error page , cannot loading. I feel that it is wasting my time to spend so much time for loading error loading error and I have try 6time to make payment, it's unsuccessful because of the system issues. I like to shopping here but disappointed. Hope can resolve the problems as fast as possible. See you again.

This app became completly useless unless developers can help fix this issue. Before we used same address and bought products that shipped to Korean address many times. And now in app it says that they cannot ship to that country, however, on the front page of the product it says, shipping available to Korea. ㅠㅠㅠ... Please fix the issue.

1. Outrages shipping costs (intl) Why would I buy something that will cost me less than $100 and expect me to pay over $700 for shipping 🤯, makes no sense. 2. The only thing translated is item name and nothing else. If the app has a language option, I would expect to have everything in the selected language.

This app used to be great. I am not sure what happened but every time I try to look for a shop or open an image it completely bugs out and constantly logs me out which causes a lot of frustration.

Shipping fees are terrible.It's always underweight so have to pay additional $15+ every order.CS don't care&won't fix it.I didn't notice until recently that my order is 2.02kg but they round it up to 2.5kg to charge more which is a complete scam.Don't buy unless you're expecting to spend at least an additional $15+.They don't check the items from sellers&use the sellers boxes plus oversized box to charge more for weight.Coupons are useless cause additional shipping ends up covering them&more.

Awful experience. My order got cancelled without any notice a few hours after paying successfully. Did not even mention some kind of explanation as to why they cancelled it without my consent. Now, my refund is nowhere to be found. Thank you for giving me a headache and a heartache at the same time 🙄😭.

Worst app ever. The seller inform me to request a refund because my order is out of stock. I order it 2 days ago already paid through their virtual account. And now they sent a message saying its out of stock. What worst is gmarket dont have refund option. You can cancel return so long as the status is not in shipping. The status of my order was PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT and not for shipment plus the seller already told me that its out of stock and request a refund. But theres not in the option.

current shopping experience is disatisfactory. Search and going back to previous page is extremely slow. If sellers does not ship or item cannot be shipped overseas please do not show in results of shipping tab. App cannot keep the login permanentㅡ we always have to re sign in

it would be better if all menu are English. when I want to order the menu and name of products are Korean. Oh and when I purchase more than one why postage fee are double? it's more expensive than other apps.

I can't register in this app...everytime I try it shows error..please fix this bug...other than that I can find all kinds of Beauty products and so on..please fix this Bug for it can be useful to others also

This is terrible. I have tried so many times to register, but I can't press at the consent button.(the button which is needed to be corrected to show the agreement with the user agreement and privacy policy) And also I have already click to read that tho. I tried sooooo many times. The question is...why can't I click at the botton? Furthermore, my mom, my sister and my bf can't register with the same problem too. Fix it.

My only option for using international credit card. Just don't get your payment cancelled. It would be a significant amount of hassle and a looong time before you get refunded.

One of the worse online shopping app. System is lag, payment link is not responsive. (You probably not know if they double charged you if you don't check with bank) There is no place to ask questions and talk to seller. Everything is unclear. Estimated international shipping fee is farrrrrr off the actual shipping fee. (About $20-30 underestimated)... Not worth it at all.... HORRIBLE experience with Gmarket. Buy at your own risk, when there is problem, you don't know where to look for help.

"Your purchasing rights have been restricted". Never purchased anything, didn't even get that far. Additionally, it would not allow me to use my preferred email address, probably because it uses a "new" gTLD and Gmarket, like all Korean web sites, has not advanced since 1998.

Bad and worst app, I want to make payment but I can't add the items to my cart! How can I make payment if I can't add items to my cart! Even when I apply for the customer service, it's fail due to lack of information! What? This is the reason why I apply for costumer service!

This app has become unusable. A pop-up keeps blocking the page. Subcategories don't open up. Terribly frustrating.

I cant make an account it says error. I wouldve ordered a lot from your app. The interface is not that user friendly as well. Hope you can fix this so that i can purchase already.

The update or maintenance you did recently really messed with the app. Can't click on categories and open them.
