Any time I open the app it will just me there like it's frozen and go off. Again I think the voting is using bundle insure of credit so I found it difficult to vote.
It's 2020 and there's a new season of GMB but the app is still stuck in 2019. Very disappointing. Yet it still processes votes. Which raises the question of who those votes are going to. I strongly advise against installing this app until it's been properly updated.
The worst app I've ever used..... Too many bugs no effort to fix em I'm disappointed in you guys... When I open the app it just stops.. Honestly this app is not worthy of being advertised on TV or play store..
I'm not able to use the app... I've downloaded it twice but it's still not willing to allow me use it.. It closes wen I try to open... It's making me furious
I have changed a phone but I still have the names of the past contestants appearing. The new contestants and their votes and performances don't apppear
It is ok just that, I do not know how to vote. I can see the votes but the first part of the app before the gallery does not open

Any time i pay to vote they wiil deduct my money and tell me payment failed i tried several times i even uninstall and reintall it again but it failed.

ok so...some contestants votes keep decreasing...i checked the votes last night before going to bed and by the next morning, the vote had decreased by 50 votes..why?

The app is good. I'm not a Ghanaian but an African anyway. Besides, I love the performance and the initiative. Bravo! They are indeed extraordinary beautiful. I surf the app and there are few recommendations I'll like to make. 1. At least video of the past contestants during their final round or coronation. 2. Description on the photos attached so viewers can fully know. 3. Fix the bug of the live stream. I tried several times to watch it but no way. 4. Any other thing that is necessary to make the app looks greater.
