I have a "plain jane" truck and most of the info is geared to higher end models ...useless for me

love them they covered over 3500$ that the warenty dident cover....i was so happy

2017 Arcadia - Don't know why other people are having trouble, mine worked the first time and it's great. Downloaded it on my wife's phone and it works just as well. This sure beats looking through the owners manual. I wish General Motors would have never stopped production on the Pontiacs.

The app flat out does not function. It installs but that is it. When trying to open the resources it does nothing

If you go to menu and then touch index or table of contents you are not linked to the index or TOC.

Worthless. No Terrain. No 2018. Kinda makes it useless not to have the year and model available! Nuf said.

Not sorry why others people's devices are not working but the app works perfect on my S7. In all honesty it's actually pretty helpful. Thank you GMC for this interactive guide to my 2017 Sierra!

Will not work on my HTC

Got a card to invite me to download. I have an Acadia. The app downloads a Canyon.

So they dont have anything newer than 2017

Only for certain vehicle's ... what about Terrains?

I mean, you open it, push the vehicle you want and literally nothing happens. Waste of time.

A one star rating seems a little high for an App that doesn't work. What a joke and a waste of time. Nothing works in this app. Don't waste your time downloading.

Downloaded app and does nothing after you select your GMC model. Don't waste your time.

At first it wouldn't work for me either but once I disconnected the home wifi from the phone the app downloaded & installed. All the pages were readable...give it a try.

It's hard to load and then won't open

Installed, opened and nothing works.

Hope the engineers that designed my Canyon didn't develop this unprofessional gradeless app. Horrible.

Very helpful for future use

None of the documents open when you click on them.

Supposed to be a familiarization app for the Acadia. I tried to download it twice and both times it gave me the Sierra app. Looks neat if I could get the right vehicle.

Installed and uninstalled the app twice. It doesn't work correctly on my LG V10 Android phone. You can't actually get to the download buttons. It automatically loads the guide for the 2017 Sierra.

Literally does nothing. Can't download or use any resources. There isn't one thing you can use, press, etc. The worst application ever. It literally does nothing.

Very very weak. Thankfully your engines and transmission computer stuff is better than this trash.
