I think the person representing this app in Nigeria is a scamer a friend of mine send me money with this app from South Korea but I haven't seen any money, I go to my bank they said they didn't receive any money but you people are telling my friend that i have already received the money, I have also provide my bank transaction history yet you people are still saying that I have received the money, please refund her money back to her
This is too slow. Boring
There should be a button to manually cancel the account in the app. because customers have been waiting for the card for more than almost 2 weeks and the staff can't help coordinate which makes it inconvenient to use the card because there is no card to use!!!!
Says network error and doesn't let me in. Please fix that.

Very good and reliable App. Except its limited to specific financial institutions in big towns. Making it hard for upcountry people to access the money.
I was a regular customer of this remittance company. Actually remittance charge is little bit expensive but recently they have also added E-voucher system, and they are charging even to transfer the money to e-voucher. Do you guys think it is fair? Please remove this kind of useless things to get money. And i have to say good bye for this app and their developers
Why updating is mandatory? Can't you guys provide just skip for now button for updating later? When I need to use the app with poor internet, if there is update, I can not use the app.. how awfully done service compared to the other parts..
Gmoney is est app to send money outside the country. but exchange rate is very high. please make more comfortable. Thanks.

Some people has wrong idea and wrong information about the application. Gmoneytrans has no charges for top up or refund. If people misunderstood or not understand any thing then please contact 16704565 Gmoneytrans customer care and share your problem. Every problwm has solution but you can not spread wrong information to people. I can say loudly that this application is one of the best application and they invented some nice service which only for customer.
Easy for us to sand money
Very bad customer service. Don't recommand it for emergency. A transaction that is supposed to be sent in 15 minutes, this is now the 3rd day I am still waiting them to send.
it is a good app if you are going to send your money to overseas, it is cheap and safe, but one bad thing is that it often asks to update the app
The worst application I've ever witnessed. If there was a chance, I wouldn't give it even a one star rating. The customer support service is awful, confirms information in a wrong way 👎👎👎

This app was doing a good job by transferring money in one hour or two in the beginning, but now it is taking more than 24 hours which is very annoying.
