Completely stopped working on my NVIDIA shield and phone havent been able to use it for a few days and there is absolutely no way to get any support. I'll be cancelling when I get my next invoice as that is the only thing I get and have no other point of contact.
This is my Go To App for everyday use. Awesome background and Logo, smooth navigation. Video quality is breathtaking. This has everything you would want in a player. Thanks MASTERS.!!!! 😎😎😎

Pointless without access. It asks for a password and login but lacks an option to create one. So basically you can't use the software. Uninstalled.
the app just stopped working and the webpage states down for maintence. been down for 2 days and nothing. was great before it went down. use a different app.
I've invented so many products in my time, but I must say none have had the same impact on life as GMX. This app has made life so much easier. Before Game Master I was in a state of constant depression, but no longer. Each day I'm filled with joy to spend another day enjoying GMX. Try it you wont be disappointed. Clear crisp images put you right in the Game!
Great app. Runs smooth & support is great for the occasional issue. Makes daily life better! Highly recommend for parents for your sanity & their entertainment.
Stable and smooth response. Multiview is annoying with mute as the default.

The Best one out there right now......ummmmm scratch that. Was good, now all I see is the brick wall with logo. 💩....I purchased a plan with em to. Cancel & $$ back.
Smooth easy setup.. if buffers it is your internet provider throttling you not the app..
As many others have indicated, the App does not give the option to create a user account. So how in the hell are you supposed to login with a username and password when you can't create one.
5 star on my android box. Less than 5star cause I can't get it to work on my S10 phone. Which is my go to.
Every time I try to watch any channel it's loading or frozen. What a waste
This app does not work. It does no allow me to sign up as new user so I cant get a user I'd and password

Hard at first, but after I thought about it, I went 2 YouTube and asked, "How to login to Game Master." U will have 2 purchase your package first, then create your user name, and wait for another user and pw thru email.

I've had this app for about 3 months now and it def gave me my money's worth 90% of the time. However, somewhere in the last week or so, it just stopped loading up and just shows the logo. I understand that some apps have glitches and this may be something hard to maintain but I was also charged for the month and there is no way to contact support or get help outside of me writing something here? Anybody else know what's going on???
