Very nice simple cad program. I would just suggest a small last or frequently used tools widget at the bottom left of the screen. Thanx keep up the good work! Ah yes and an auto-save option would be really nice. I already lost work because of a simple incoming call.

Never used a cad program before, and was able to figure out some basics quite intuitively. I can feel the performance capabilities I've yet learn just waiting to be discovered! Definitely going to purchase the full version when I can afford it. I can only imagine what a professional could accomplish with this app. Works very well with my digital pen on a full size tablet.

Great app for a free mobile app. It has decent features and easy to use too. But a lot of times if I try to select a point (say end point of a line) , it selects a nearby point but not the one I am trying to select. Hence it takes a lot of time to draw even a simple figure just because I am unable to select a particular point. It would be very helpfull if this bug is rectified. Otherwise great app.

Love this app! The UI is great, the round button(s) in the bottom right corner are functional, space saving & they have an elegance to them. Really shows how much they thought through the design of the app and, most importantly, how the user would use it! I work with several CAD & 3D programs. GnaCAD is one of the few that gets that using a touch screen with a finger isn't very accurate. They provide an easy way to change it using the keyboard, very helpful! PLEASE make a Windows version!

Very useful. Not very user friendly, especially if you don't have any AutoCAD experience, however quite powerful and useful if you persevere with it. Couldn't find any Hatch tool, but it does support Blocks, Layers, etc. No help provided, but watching AutoCAD tutorials on YouTube was helpful as the concepts are the same. All in all a very useful tool.

Okay! So, having done drafting a lifetime ago, I remembered some of the basics and find this app to be refreshingly candid about its capabilities. It is NOT going to be an organic experience for a casual or classical sketch artist. My only frustrations thus far come from not being able to specify cartesian coordinates for points all the time; it infuriatingly loves to default to polar coordinates instead. Also would be better to enter a mode, select an element, THEN specify a quantity...

Takes a little getting used to, so enjoy the challenge of working out how to use it. Once you do it's you can draw things quickly and it's quite fun, if your stuck trying to get something to print that's a small minus, I haven't worked out a better way than creating a new layout while looking at the part of the model you want to print, also you'll need to adjust the dimension settings to be suitable for your model, but I'd still give it 5 out of 5, it's free and really really good for the price.

Does what i need it for. Lacking some features on 3D drawing ability and won't export 3D model to PDF flat file. After paying the $0.99 monthly subscription all you get is ads removed? Would happily pay the full $30 if it guarantees full 3D support. Much cheaper than the other guys monthly fee to use their buggy app. Easy to use and learn. I recommend this.

Just trying to find an app to help sketch woodworking plans on my touchscreen Chromebook. I really wanted this app to be the answer, and this app looks like it could do that and plenty more, but I couldn't figure out how to even get started with it; after 15+ minutes of surveying, opening examples, and consulting help, couldn't even draw a line or make a rectangle to help me forward on a simple project. Sadly, my trial ended in frustration. I mean no disrespect to the devs, as you obviously have put in a ton of work to make this, but here is honest feedback.

This is a great drafting app. I've been using it to plan our camper rebuild, and it's been amazing. It has just about every feature as a full CAD program on a regular computer. I spent 15 years being involved in CAD drafting as a land surveyor, and this would have been an awesome tool to have in the field and to draft anywhere. Just an incredible drafting app!

A classic 2D cad experience. All the standard line and object tools. I grew up on single digit AutoCad versions, and have been looking for somthing on android that offered a clean and clear interface with precise dimension inputs and all the basics drafting tools (off-set, trim, explode, extend, etc). Looking foward to using it more. Great job devs.

As far as an entry level and free CAD app goes this one is by far the best that I found .. there's a small learning curve to it but once you get the hang of it it's an amazing and impressive program .. it holds stable fairly well on lower performance chipsets with small RAM counts .. a higher end tablet is definitely going to be the way to go with this app especially if you can get something like a Galaxy tab s with the s pen, you'll really find yourself enjoying this CAD software ..

Intuitive would be click on the stylus icon, draw a line. This is not intuitive in the least. Drawing a rectangle? Click on the rectangle icon, then what? Press and hold for an anchor point, then drag. What could be simpler? Voila, your rectangle disappears. I need an app that literally takes less time to draw a line than it does to write a bad review. I've already deleted it and I'm moving on.

uses same or similar commands to AUTOCAD which i used in college so i was able to use it efficiently without too much of a learning curve. Update: after using quite a bit now, I definately recommend GnaCAD for an easy to use, on the go CAD program. Can save as several different versions of AutoCAD files. Only thing I would like is a command search. Otherwise, really really similar to AutoCAD.

Excellent app, used it to design and create some personal furniture. Other apps too expensive to use for personal home projects or too inaccurate. Some things are a little strange workflow, but intuitive enough to figure out. Highly recommend using, and worth kicking a small donation over to the developer.

This is a great app to use. Really. Light weight, fast, simple to use. But i took my rating down to 3 stars because it is choc full of bugs. Man. So many bugs. Now i can't even change linetypes or place hatches

Good CAD app. If ur just looking for a simple sketch tool to use this is NOT the app for you. For anyone with previous experience in CAD design the basics are relatively easy to figure out as you tinker with the tools. Those who complain about the difficulty of this app need to get framilar with the basics of CAD design or it will be difficult to understand how this app works. Otherwise I do like how this app work and that it's free. Keep up the good work.

Only workable option I can find on the Play store which doesn't require an expensive subscription. Input needs needs work. maybe it is better with a keyboard? Just feels needlessly cumbersome. Seems to be designed to require the maximum amount of clicks in order to achieve anything.

i have been using this for a month now (well not full time) but getting the hang of it...I like it...its cheap (I pay to remove adds) compare to others...of course its not as good as a $3,000 USD full blown autocad...I gone off windows so dont have a window10 or 9 machine, just a chrome book... and it works fine for what i do, just simple 2d plans and cabinetry ect...

I am sure that if you have tons of time you could get used to this cad and it make it useful but be warned, intuitive it is not. The adds also got too annoying for me to take the time to decide if I wanted to buy it.

The input experience could be greatly improved with a few simple changes. - allow negative numbers in dimensions, to allow positioning things quicker. (E.g. A rectangle with -90 length should be generated towards the left instead of right of the base point) - allow entering algebraic expressions (e.g a rectangle with a length of 3*55+10). Many times I have to switch to the calculator and add or multiply measures before entering them.

It's a terrible app for drawing I'm trying to draw a batarang. Line space line then curve the gap. Editing angles I don't know and not being able to easily move input around is so frustrating. Especially when I experiment with the angles and I can only input a period I tried long pressing for the minus symbol but got nowhere. Cad is a nightmare regardless of which app you use. Clunky and terribly difficult to do things that is simple in other programs like photoshop. Why is cad so hard

Actually, it is extremely rare for me to edit, let alone draw even a single line, in a CAD format in a touch screen below 7" in diagonal. But this app change it radically! I use a Galaxy Note and an S-Pen with this app. And I love how easy and intuitive it is for me, a non-architect, to draw precise lines, polygons, circle, etc. Oh, did I mention it's free (with ads of course)?

This is rentware. I will never rent software. if you won't let your software be bought outright, I'll never be a customer. On top of that, you want $29.95 to stop the ads, some of which, if you accidentally tap on, will install software you don't want! Are you kidding me? Uninstalling as soon as I finish typing this. I dont even want to test it out.

Since I am no longer have my laptop, this is a wonderful app to use to quickly draw precise technical versions of my concept plans. The interface and many menus take some getting used to but beyond that, the app is easy to use and also includes a whole lot of features

This CAD app certainly has potential. I am confused about the editing part though. It feels like I need a manual or something, the editing operations could've been simplified. This is better than other CAD apps at the moment in terms of a friendly user inerface. I hope the editing method gets better in the future.
