Easy to access, yet secure at the same time. Great features available, including deposit, transfer, and bill pay. No problems using app, usually faster than getting online to do my banking. Edit: still loving this app and the bank. The ladies at the local branch are wonderful as well!
Would give zero stars if I could. The app has minimum functions and no way to contact assistance without calling a branch. Also have been using fingrprint verification since the day I downloaded the app and now I am locked out of my account with my only option being to call a branch and wait on hold for at least 30 mins every time. Ridiculous. Update: It has been two weeks and I am kicked out AGAIN. Online banking is crucial for me. I will be closing my GNCU account and will not be back.
Can't even open app. Turned off USB debugging but app still won't open. How about you let the user decide if they want to run the app with debugging on?
This bank it's always finding ways to charge you and manipulating balances so they can get overdraft fees etc from you. They have the slowest ATMs in the world. And takes a half hour to get to talk to somebody if you call.. Terrible Bank!
Doesn't let me log in to the app. Always have to go directly online to the website. Very frustrating. Bank didn't help and their online team couldn't fix it. Annoying
I like the app, the only problem is now, when I try to open it, all I get is a white screen, I have uninstalled it a few times, restated my phone and nothing, so I dont know if it's my end or a problem at there end. I want this app back.
It used to not work on my phone but the new update has allowed it to work just as smooth as it used to on my previous device and I am totally satisfied.
Reload over and over!! Never works. I have registered more than a dozen times. It works once then it goes away? Lame
It's a mobile banking app. If you like the credit union, you'll like the app. 🤷‍♀️
Unfortunately, I have to update my review and remove at least 2 stars. Lately, this app has been giving a terrible performance. It was doing well for awhile but now it is back to have problems. Repeated "cannot authorize" messages dont let you login and the when you can log in, it gets frozen on the account balance. It will not let you go anywhere. I see that I am not the only one having problems so I hope you get this fixed asap. Thank you.
Honestly, I used the app for months. Everything was fine. I then had my card declined at the gas station. I went to sign in to check my balance. I wasn't able to log in. It said to contact support. Called and was told everything seems fine on their end so it's my fault. She was RUDE. I was told to change my password and that I need to change it every 6 months. I only had this password for 1 month. I spoke to the next person, didn't care to answer. Uninstalled app and it worked after reinstall.
Won't even Load. I've downloaded and Uninstalled and downloaded again and it just sits on the first white screen that shows me the logo and never moves beyond that. And then it freezes my phone to the point that it's hard to push the back button or the apps button to go back and close it. Never had this problem on the ios app and it's clear where GNCU chooses to have their developers focus.
This app is almost useless!!! If this wasn't the only Credit Union where I live i'd go with them. The app won't load or if it does it takes sometimes 2-4 minutes. Don't expect a running total ballance (that would be too much to expect) because all it shows is the amounts that were +/- , also it wont show your deposits. Extremly UNSATISFIED
I upgraded to the new samsung galaxy s22 phone and the app won't load. It is stuck on the small G and will not proceed further.
It works very well. It used to have some bugs that made my banking difficult. They have since been fixed and this app now works very cleanly and efficiently. Only thing I'd like is out of bank transfers to be availible. There are third services that can perform these transactions but it would be great to have it be included in the apps services.
The app is nice. My only issues are that the app sometimes does not recognize my login even though I have double checked what in putting in. Sometimes it asks me to call a representative even though I don't need to. This is some sort of glitch happening that should be addressed for an extra star. Otherwise this app works well. I just don't like that I cannot see the account number.
The worst banking app ever. Great bank, but their online service is abysmal.
When it worked it was fine (UX is a hair clunky, but very ”vanilla” and useable. Does have login issues, but considering it's usually around midnight, is probably related to regular back end maintenance But the last few update has not worked at all, and refuses to even allow me to enter my credentials, some incorrect statement about custom roms and/or root being unsupported ” to safeguard your data”
App no longer works. Just a white screen when trying to load.
Having nothing but trouble with this app for about a week. Wish they would fix it.
Would give five stars except that Zelle keeps having issues launching from inside the app.

This is my first banking account I've ever had and so far I like what I'm seeing. Thank for hard work and great customer service.
I was using the app, all of the sudden it stopped working and uninstalled itself from my cell, I had to re installed it to my cell and it's been 3 weeks of uninstalling and reinstalling and I can't still get it to open. At this point, I just hope someone looks into it and debugs it.
The app crashes and doesn't always load
This is an easy to use app. even for a person lacking technical skills.
Was working just fine and I liked it quite a bit. Then the transfer money features went unavailable for a while, and now the app won't start up at all. I open it, it starts loading and then disappears and crashes. 3 stars because it used to work and was quite handy! Now that it doesn't work the rating would be much lower.
