If you're having trouble connecting on Android 10, try going into airplane mode first, then turn on wifi only, now connect. Worked for me.
Bloody expensive and useless. Sold to me by Toyota when I bought my new car. Can't connect to my Android phone. What a waste of money. Thanks Toyota for ripping me off 😡🤬
Terrible for Android. Was sold this by Toyota as it was supposed to be better than their own brand camera and have never been able to connect on my android and it seems that I'm not the only one. Complete waste of money. Do not buy this dashcam if you're on Andorid (which is most of the world) and should be a prerequisite from any dealer before they sell you this camera
Totally useless.. The instructions on how to connect an Android (Pixel 3) are completely devoid of problem solving.
After a year it's gone.....it's never connected to app( try 100 times) and also it's never recorded any thing ever.... I don't want to give even 1 star...

Wifi connections absolutely the worst, No support anywhere, there are other, seems like a typical Chinese product. Suggestion: purchase other product with functioning software
Would be better if this app allows 2 functions: 1. Change Wifi password instead of using default. 2. Turn off Wifi when not in use. Either om the camera screen or this app.
I have a gnet gi 700 i have a problem connecting wifi on my galaxy s8 version 7.0 but my other phone which is s6 android version 6.0.1 which has no problem connecting does some know why?

After upgrade to latest firmware my gn-100 dash cam, speed display become MPH, how can I change to KM/H. Futhermore, is there anyway to save/backup multiple video files? The save/backup function on this android tool and PC tool only allow single video save/backup. Thanks
Can't change speed from mph to kmph on this soft.
I installed the GNET GL200 and thought it would be nice to view this anytime. Anytime I attempt to log to view the cameras, it cuts my wifi off. Hopefully it gets fixed sometime soon!

couldnt connect it to my dashcam, I ain't some boomer, grown up with computers as an every day part of life, and somehow this was the most frustrating and exhausting experience I've had with technology in 22 years send us a message when you've made it simpler so I dont have to jump into the matrix and perform a miracle to get it working, cheers.
