I keep trying to register and type the password according to the instructions and it still issue an error message. Customer service does not answer and doesn't ring back.

Once charging started and I'm away from the car, is there a way to see in the app any charge progress like time, SoC in % etc.?

The soft buttons are overly the app buttons so it cannot be used samsung phones

Best app for ev users...
Few improvements are missing such as the app do not show stats, recharge speed, time, etc. Also, few management are missing such as kWh timer, etc. Also: There should be an option to warn owners when: On DC fast charging: 1. First warning at +80% to the phone number and Afcon app. 2. At 100%, automatic stopping and releasing of the cord to the next customers who are (impatiently) waiting for charging their EVs! To summarize, DC should be available for up to 80-85% before releasing the cord (as you know, after 80%, it's already really slow anyway).
