Mortgage table is wrong. Pv=88,000 i=7.5/12 n=360 should calculate pmt=-615.31 it's calculating wrong, dollars different but wrong nonetheless.

I think it is very good for calculation :*
I purchased this calculator because I am a diehard HP 12C user. But now it is once again full of ads and it no longer shows up under my purchases. So essentially it is worthless.
