Go 502

This is the most unreliable app I've ever used. I have about a 33% success rate when trying to use this app. The other 2/3 of the time there is a failure to launch. I've tried it on cell service, wifi, and using a mobile hotspot, with no difference in success rates. Do not rely on this app to pay for your parking

Very poorly designed app based on my experience in installing it and trying to set up an account. The reviews say there is a $3 charge each time you use it. The app description doesn't mention this and nothing in the installation and configuration mentions this. I'm very wary of using this app.

When in a pinch and at a parking meter.. without any money. This app is for you it'll let you book the parking meter from the app... The reason why it's missing so many stars is because it does cost a fee. $2 every time you use this app which is ridiculous they should do something less than $2 every time some people have to park at parking meters often

Works at it should. Not a mind-blowing, life-altering experience, but this app presented no issues when paying for parking in Louisville when I didn't have change for the meter...as it should. 4/5 stars.

I have downloaded, deleted, and reloaded this app countless times to have it never work once. It never advances beyond the start up screen. It is useless.

Have not been able to open the app since I installed it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still didnt work. Dont know why Louisville cant use the same app other big cities use. They work seamlessly.

This app was fast,efficient and easy to use. plus its cheaper than paying by phone or the on-line site. this is only $1.50 processing fee the other 2 are $3.50. very good app.

Had to reinstall multiple times. Freezes almost every time. Not sure how Louisville parking sitrs are going to collect their fees if people avoid this buggy app's locations.

Just downloaded the app and can't even open it! When I downloaded the app several weeks ago I received message saying "Go502 has stopped working ". Get rid of this app until bugs are fixed!!

app will not open app just sits on the opening screen. does not open. have tried on multiple phones. please fix this!!!

works well, tried to park a one meter and said it didnt exist, so had to move, wish you could set the amount of time you want not just 1 or 2 hrs., like 1hr and 15 minutes or something

Worked well for a while, now it just freezes while opening, never moves past the opening logo.

Historically I haven't had problems with this app but I cannot get it to open now. Repeatedly crashes

The lot I had to use the app for only let me pay til 4am, wouldn't let me extend past that time, and threatened to tow.

Tried to use with a road-side meter near 4th Street Live, said the zone number I entered wasn't in the system. FAIL.

hangs at splash screen, doesnt open. proably will get a ticket because of this.

I just installed it and every time I try to open it, I get a message it keeps stopping

The app won't open on my Moto Z. Glad I happened to have change with me.

Garbage app, can't even open it. Too cheap of a city to stick with an established company that was handling the meters before. They are trying to give you a ticket with a non-functional app.
