Not able to recognize my bookings after signing up with same email and mobile number. I any option I choose it asks me to plan a trip first. Very bad. Unfortunately the boarding passes I received on email don't even have barcodes on them. Poor job
Most pathetic experience even on flight. They switch off ac while in stands and switchs on when aeroplane starts. It was very difficult to breathe and almost every passenger requested to switch it on. Maybe aircraft is made that way, not sure. But it was very difficult to breathe. App Experience- crashes most of the time. Unstable to use and very awful User experience.
Could be more useful but is very basic and very very poor copy of competition airlines. Why can't I add my GoAir bookings done on other site?? You too will get my details. App crashes as soon as you click on email options in Contact Us !!! Work hard and don't let app be there for name sake!!
Worst app. Just downloaded, doesn't even open. Repeated attempts to uninstall and reinstall have failed to make it work. My phone is a latest Android phone. Developers please don't bother to reply; I just read peoples' complaints about this app and this airlines, and your standard copy & paste replies. A disappointing experience....
This app gave me a headache !! Last moment flight has been cancelled. Now I have been calling customer care repeatedly and they ensured me to get seats booked in another flight which was not done and now they say it's all engaged. They didn't inform me about this also. Now they say they don't have any flight from Kashmir on the date of travel. Yes they leave you stranded !!! App has no information.blank all the time.
Don't book the ticket in this Airline. I have got one of the worst experience from this. I have booked a ticket for 16 May on Match last week. Due to operational issue ot got cancelled and rebooked by airline representative for 17th may through call. When I tried to do web check in, flight departure is on 16th may. I have contacted customer care, they don't have a proper answer other than sorry for the inconvenience. With all due respect to other future passengers, Please don't book the ticket
The most horrible experience with this airline for the first time in my flying experience, i don't think they value people's time because all they do is cancelling booked flights and rescheduling them and the traveller suffers all the layover timings, for the 2 hour journey i almost did a 24 hour journey because of them!! It's horrible
I wish I can give NEGATIVE STARS TO THIS..Worst n third grade app..Seems like the developer is un mature ...Always show validation error..It's less than 4 hrs to my flight but can't access to boarding pass. I have made a total of 12 bookings in last 7 months with go first. Every single time, they have rescheduled the flight to a most inconvenient time, without giving any reason. Last time, they even went ahead and cancelled flight, again without giving reason. Worst domestic airline. I'm done with Go First.
The worst flight I have ever booked. First, they rescheduled the flight to the most inconvenient time with no message, phone call or email. Luckily I got to know while checking one status. Second, even after reschedule, flight was delayed for 1 hr. Never recommend this
Worst ever Airline ever. 24 hours before travel, they inform that the flight is cancelled and has been rescheduled to an extremely unpleasant timing. The customer care operator after going through the cancellation process and full refund, informs that the ticket is cancelled and I should get an email in 15 minutes. After 2 hours, the ticket still did not get cancelled. After 3rd try, they cancelled the ticket but deducted insurance money for the ticket while it is they who cancelled the flight.
Worst airline ever. Don't have basic management or service. Very unrude staff. Very poor management. While giving feedback the staff starts to argue. Not at all recommended.
Worst ever flying experience, flight from RUH BOM on 27.04.22 delayed for 2hrs and no information provided no staff on boarding to assist. After arrival at BOM all passengers were waiting for 2hrs to receive baggage, again no airline staff to assist. I think not capable for running International flights.
One of the worst Airlines I have boarded so far. They will reschedule flights without any intimation and charge money for check-in. The worst part is of you book direct flights then it will turn out to connecting flights with +12 hours of waiting at connecting airport. Go first please stop services if you can't handle all process seemlessly.
This is to inform you that we are very much disappointed with go first airline services. We have opted this airlines because its reasonable price of ticket. But for that we had to a pay double ticket price for a single traveller.

I wish I could give this airline 0 rating... They reschuled my flight without my consent and now they are not allowing me to talk the higher authority and not listening to my corcern... I booked go first for the first time and in first booking only i have faced so many challenges... Worse experience ever i would suggest not to book go first for ay of your travelling go for Indigo or any other they are much better than Go First.
Worst services ever. They don't value their customers time at all. And I am not talking impetuously after one booking, this happened to me three times. Needless to say I am never using this airlines again.
Worst airlines, worst experience. Will cancel the flight at any time and won't adjust the passengers. And there is no refund status option on the website on cancellation by the customer in case pf cancelled flights.
Worst and unreliable service. Just now (8:30am) got an automated call stating that - today's flight (g8-1551, COK-SHJ, 14:30) got cancelled. Unable to contact their customer support aswell. Am in between the ocean....
Very worst , don't prefer this; they rescheduled our fight 2 times and lastly cancel the flight 1 day before ;and they simply tell'Due to the things beyond our control' i hate go first.for name it's first but i should recommend you change it to go last/go never

Not on time. When you are go to counter for boaring pass you will have to pay 200 or you need to checkin from web by your self. pathetic service.mosquetos in flight. and so on....
Worst airlines currently in India. They cheat their customers. I was going for an emergency purpose but they stopped boarding 2hrs before. They didn't even consider an emergency case. There were 5-6 people waiting for boarding. New tricks of looting the customer. Not only this their feedback form never get submitted and always gives error. Web check in not possible through app n they take bribe of 200 at airport for web check-in.
This app is disaster and so is the "smartphone-optimized" website. Trying to a retrieve booking. The app throws error saying no network (no true) just a few seconds before I received the OTP. No place to enter the OTP. The website force you to pay web-in by forcing seat selection. website hangs when I do try to select my seat. And of course seats are not free. Just terrible experience overall.
Worst service on booking and cancelled the flight before 3 days of travelling without any reason.. Tried to contact customer care and waited for 30 mins to talk to executive but never connected just listening the so depressing music. No reschedule flight also available. Seems like a new scam creating by go first. Scared to travel next time.
Forget about worst app as per reviews, i never used the app. Booked through a reliable third party in goair, can never trust GOFIRST. 2 Times they cancelled the flight on same trip and re booked on a different timing flight as per their convenience. They dont consider other people's time wasted, other connection flights involved. Other airlines (dont want to name) is safe bet i feel. So if you are flexible on your timings and ok with uncertainty GO AHEAD with GO FIRST and reach LAST😁
