Does not allow you to cancel payment in the app. It Errors out and you must call the company to cancel. Also the app over charged me. Use yhe website instead od rhus app.

I should be able to use the app, the mobile site and the desktop site to cancel a ticket instead of calling and speaking to a customer service rep

It has everything I need on a simple and clean interface.
It is not staying open long enough for me to see anything!
